E	Eleni Tsanaktsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στην προσπάθεια μου να επικοινωνήσω με το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο για να με συνδέσουν με τον αρμόδιο υπάλληλο και επειδή αυτό ήταν συνέχεια κατειλημμένο , κάλεσα στον επόμενο αριθμό που ήταν το τμήμα κατασχέσεων (τμήμα άσχετο με το θέμα μου). Ειλικρινά τα θερμά μου συγχαρητήρια στη συγκεκριμένη υπάλληλο (δυστυχώς δεν συγκράτησα το όνομα της) που δουλεύει υποδειγματικά. Παρότι το πρόβλημα μου δεν άπτονταν της αρμοδιότητας της όχι μόνο προσπάθησε να με εξυπηρετήσει αλλά μέσα σε 5' με κάλεσε πίσω και μου έδωσε λύση στο πρόβλημα μου. Μακάρι όλοι οι υπάλληλοι να δούλευαν με τέτοιο τρόπο. Και πάλι σας ευχαριστώ. N	Nicholas P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Το τηλέφωνο είτε δεν το σηκώνουν είτε το ανοίγουν και στο κλείνουν !!! Αφού απάντησε κάποιος κύριος στο 429 προσπάθησε να μου κάνει υποδείξεις και να μου πει οτι δεν προλαβαίνουν να απαντήσουν στα τηλέφωνα και να πάω από εκεί.... αν θέλω απαντήσεις!!! Η κλήση διήρκησε 6 λεπτά και μου έλεγε τα προβλήματα των δημόσιων υπαλλήλων αλλά χρόνο για να με κατευθύνει στο δικό μου πρόβλημα δεν είχε! Εννοείτε όταν τον ρώτησα το όνομα του δεν μου απαντούσε και άλλαζε θέμα. Καλή τύχη αν μπλέξετε με το συγκεκριμένο ΚΕΑΟ Unacceptable behavior. They either do not pick up the phone or open it and close it !!! After a gentleman answered 429, he tried to give me suggestions and tell me that they do not have time to answer the phones and to go from there .... if I want answers !!! The call lasted 6 minutes and he was telling me the problems of the civil servants but he did not have time to direct me to my own problem! T	Truth Pains on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σπανιότατα γράφω αξιολόγηση στο google, και ίσως είναι λάθος μου. Με την συγκεκριμένη υπηρεσία δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο, μακάρι όλο το δημόσιο να λειτουργούσε με τον ίδιο τρόπο. Έχω εξυπηρετηθεί από κοντά, από το τηλέφωνο, στο μέτρο του δυνατού μιας και από το τηλέφωνο δεν μπορείς να κάνεις τα πάντα, αλλά και με ηλεκτρονικό αίτημα. Στο τηλέφωνο θέλει λίγο υπομονή μιας και είναι υπηρεσία με πολύ κίνηση αλλά με υπαλλήλους ευγενέστατους που γνωρίζουν το αντικείμενο και προσπαθούν να δώσουν την καλύτερη δυνατή λύση. Τέτοιες υπηρεσίες εξυπηρετούν εκατοντάδες περιπτώσεις καθημερινά. Το να υπάρχουν 25, από τις συνολικά 38, αρνητικές αξιολογήσεις σημαίνει απλά ότι οι ικανοποιημένοι πολίτες είναι πάρα πολλοί αλλά δεν μπαίνουν να αξιολογήσουν. Πρέπει τα καλά να τα αναγνωρίζουμε, ίσως μάλλον περισσότερο από ότι τα κακά. I rarely write reviews on google, and maybe it's my fault. I have no complaints with this service, I wish the whole public sector operated in the same way. I have been served up close, by phone, as much as possible since from the phone you can not do everything, but also with an electronic request. The phone requires a little patience since it is a service with a lot of traffic but with very polite employees who know the subject and try to give the best possible solution. Such services serve hundreds of cases daily. The fact that there are 25, out of a total of 38, negative evaluations simply means that there are too many satisfied citizens but they do not come in to evaluate. We need to recognize the good, perhaps more than the bad.
