J	Jim AEK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτο service και απαραδεκτη αντιμετωπιση προς τις ναυτιλιακες και τα τουριστικα γραφεια που δεν αξιζει σε καμια περιπτωση 60 ευρω... Μεγαλη αναμονη και αν υπαρχει ενα μικρο λαθος πρεπει να επαναπροσδιορισεις το ραντεβου το οποιο μπορει να ειναι και 10 μερες μετα.. Δυστυχως η αδιαλλαξια τους σε απλα θεματα θετει σε κινδυνο τις δουλειες μας και τα κερδη μας... Θα πρεπε να παραδειγματιστουν απο την Αμερικανικη πρεσβεια η οποια ναι μεν ζηταει επισης παρα πολλες πληροφοριες αλλα οταν υπαρχει ενα μικρο λαθος γινεται διορθωση επι τοπου και αν λειπει καποιο εγγραφο μπορει να παραδωθει την επομενη μερα το μεσημερι... Unacceptable service and unacceptable treatment for shipping and tourist offices that does not deserve in any case EUR 60 ... Great wait and if there is a small mistake you have to redefine the appointment which may even be 10 days. Unfortunately the intransigence in simple matters, jeopardizes our jobs and our profits ... b	bill japatistas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το δημοσιο το ελληνικο που ξεραμε ολοι ειναι ενα γατακι μπροστα σε αυτα τα "τσακαλια" εκει μεσα....Μπαινεις μεσα και ο χωρος σε προδιαθετει οτι επιτελους ξεφυγαμε απο το μπουντρουμι του προξενιου αλλα μενει μονο σαν εικονα αυτο...Υπαλληλοι τραγελαφικοι διχως εμπειρια και τολμω να πω διχως επαγγελματικη αλλη καταρτιση καθως μυριζομαι βολεμα του βολεματος ω βολεμα....Δεν εξυπηρετουν τον κοσμο δεν νοιαζονται για τιποτα και ο κοσμος ταλαιπωριεται....Περα ενος παιδιου με γυαλακια και μια συμπαθεστατης κινεζουλας οι αλλοι ειναι κομπαρσοι...Ο δε μανατζερ ενας κινεζος αγενεστατος και διχως πηγμη να μανατζαρει ενα τετοιο επιχειρημα που λεγετε βιζα σεντερ...Το σερβις 68.20€ απλα ειναι ανεκδοτο γιατι μονο σερβις δεν παρεχει...υ.γ.ιδιωτικη επιχειρηση με σερβις 68.20 με ατελειωτη αναμονη φθανει κ 5!!! Ωρες και σου χρεωνουν και φωτοτυπιες!!!! Μπραβο σας...Και εις ανωτερα... The public Greek we all know is a kitten in front of these "jackals" in the middle .... Χ	ΧΡΥΣΑ ΔΗΜΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δημοσιο σαν εξυπηρέτηση. Οι άνθρωποι που δουλευαν ηταν ο κυριος με που καθοταν διπλα στην Κινεζα και η κοπελα που σκαναρει τα εγγραφα. Δυστυχως οι υπόλοιποι απλα κοροιδευουν τον κοσμο.. Περιμενα δυο ωρες κυριολεκτικα με αναμονη 4 νουμερα και στην παραλαβη μιση ωρα. Πανακριβο για τις υπηρεσιες τους. Παίρνουν την διπλασια τιμη απο την πρεσβεία για τις " υποτιθέμενες" καλύτερες υπηρεσίες. Κρατανε για την κινεζικη πρεσβεια 60 ευρω και για τις υπηρεσιες τους 68,20 ευρω. Απλα απαραδεκτο!!!! Public as a service. The people who worked were the lord who lived next to Cineza and the girl who was scraping the papers. Unfortunately the rest of them simply teach the world. He waited for two hours literally with a wait for four hours and took a while. Panaribovo for their services. They receive the double price from the embassy for "supposed" better services. He held 60 euros for the Chinese embassy and 68,20 euros for their services. Simply unacceptable !!!!
A	Anastasia K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τι να προτοπω για την συγκεκριμένη υπηρεσία που κάνει την ζωή επαγγελματιών που πάνε με πρόσκλησεις από την Κίνα να επισκεφθούν την χώρα, και βρίσκουν έναν τοίχο αγενέστατων ρεσεψιονίστ που μιλάνε στον ενικό με το καλημέρα λες και είμαστε φίλοι και φωνάζουν λες και βρίσκονται σε λαϊκή αγορά στους επισκέπτες να μην μιλάνε γιατί κουράστηκε (!) . Τα παιδιά στην έκδοση είναι αρκετά ευγενικά αλλά εκτελούν εντολές . Πρέπει να γίνει κάτι και να απλοποιηθεί η διαδικασία για τις business visas γιατί δεν νοείται κάποιος να τρώει όλη την ήμερα στο κέντρο έκδοσης ( ενώ υπάρχει αυστηρο κιολας ραντεβού ) για μια απλή παράδοση εγγράφων . What can I say about this particular service that makes the lives of professionals who come with invitations from China to visit the country, and find a wall of rude receptionists who talk to the singular with good morning as if we are friends and shout as if they are in a public market in visitors not to talk because they are tired (!). The kids in the version are quite polite but they carry out orders. Something has to be done and the process for business visas has been simplified because it doesn't make sense to eat all day at the publishing center (while there is a strict appointment) for a simple delivery of documents.

I went to the visa center to renew my visa and all I have to say is that the man behind the information desk (whose name I forgot) has been treating every single person with disrespect and heavy use of sarcasm to the point where it can become highly offensive. I was under a time crunch during the time of my visit, which I explained to him, and yet he treated me as if I had told him I had all the time in the world to waste. The other employees however, were helpful and understanding of my situation so the 1 star rating does not apply to them. The reason why my general rating is 1 Star, is because of my wholistic experience. Everything was much slower due to the man behind the desk and ended up spending a lot more time overall to work onto my visa. When you go to that office and the man decides to be rude and shameful towards you.. please speak up about it and make a complaint right then and there, something I wish I had done.
