I check the TLS app everyday and it says that I have received my VISA and passport but I clearly have not, in fact my VISA and passport are now in Berlin and I live in Athens. Worst service! There is no way for us to contact them...
C	Cat Moto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't let others even into the reception area to accompany applicants. You have to wait outside in the summer heat. Their website is not user friendly and then you have to print two extra sets of information (one page to show you've uploaded copy documents and then another email that confirms payment). What on earth is the 65€ charge for when you choose the self service option and do everything online? Why do you have to print anything at all? And the payment seems to have gone to a UK company, so they should know better! Guess it's the UK home office ultimately that doesn't really give a damn and outsources these services to profit driven companies who just try and sell you a fast service for more than twice the amount. Why can't people be treated all equal and all given a speedy service? Let's see how long it actually takes from today!
M	Matt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived 2 hours before the appointment, because we over estimated the journey, and when we asked the security man outside if we were at the right place, he sent my wife upstairs for her appointment because there were free appointments before our scheduled one. The building doesn't have any signage for the TLS Contact centre outside of it, but it has a big board that says Europa right outside the doorway. The security man was helpful, and the whole process was smooth. We uploaded documents online before our appointment, and because of this our appointment took 10 minutes in total. Due to covid, only my wife could go inside, but there is a cafe next door. And on street parking not far from there. We found a spot about 2 minutes walk away.
J	Juliia Oliinyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left my passport at 2 of March 2022 I applied for UK PRIORITY VISA which i was supposed to get in 5 working days… it’s 15 working days already left, and there is no news, no answers no NOTHING! Unprofessional service!

S	Stan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sketchy website and service. No contact info for the centre. Despite there being several options to book an appointment including a free option, guess what? Yep you guessed it, you can only select the highest €80 fee service and now the website is completely crashed and no appoi tments can be made at all..... and we are supposed to trust our most important documents to these people???? Does the British Gov really entrust such sensitive information to be processed through thi completely 'shady service' and given that most Brits live on the Island could they have not vome up with a better way to do this????

The only feedback it could have been great if there was a contact info on the email in case we had questions. Location very central and easy with bus or other public transportation .
M	Melissa Kacorri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cousin went for his appointment which was fone, then withdrew application as no longer needed. Said wait 4-7 days for passport, It's been 2 MONTHS!! And still NOT returned. Said the passport was shipped off to Germany! When you ask for help they just say its not their problem. Awful awful company would avoid at all costs!!! Sent in 3 request for urgent return as he is going to loose his job as its taking so long they can't keep his place!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
