We boarded 2 dogs and a cat with her. She had excellent clean and spacious facilities and very friendly staff who spoke English which was an advantage! Animals were very happy throughout their stay and we received excellent communication from Chris throughout, collection was straightforward. Would use again and would recommend.

When receiving her from the airport in Japan, it was flawless, all the paperwork was correct and regulations followed. Japan is a very difficult country to import an animal in, so I am thankful that I was able to trust and rely on her expertise. I would 100% recommend her. My family would like thank you for reuniting our cat with our family, we missed her SOOOO much!
S	Steve webber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Chris's Animal Hotel in late 2020 when we moved from the UK to Zakynthos. We used a company called Animal Couriers to transport the dogs to Greece but they had to go ahead of us due to delays in the house sale and the issues raised by the Covid-19 pandemic. We were stressed out and emotional about sending our dogs on ahead of us, no more so than when we knew the dogs would be in Athens some 9-11 days ahead of us. We need not have worried, at Animal Courier's suggestion we allowed the dogs to be booked in with Chris, where they arrived after 5 days in transit. The dogs seemed perfectly happy with the journey, not at all stressed and were professionally looked after by Chris, well fed and exercised daily in a secure yard. We have videos posted by the courier of the dogs playing happily chasing a ball around. Chris was polite, respectful and obviously cared for the dogs and for our welfare, knowing how much we worried about our 'babies' !! She kept in touch via email and phone and helped link to the Pet Taxi service that brought the dogs to Zakynthos. She has contacts that can help in all aspects of the process and certainly made things a whole lot simpler, easier and less stressful than it could have been. We would have no hesitation recommending Chris and her Animal Hotel at all and will be using her services again in the future when we return to visit family in the UK. Thank you, Chris.
h	helen klym on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I had moved to Crete ahead of our 2 cats and arranged a pet travel company to fly our cats from the UK to Athens where Chris would meet them, look after them and do all the complicated paperwork, especially after Brexit to fly them onwards to Crete. However, after weeks of delays and inadequacy by P** they also cancelled on us at the last minute. We spoke to Chris and asked if she could help. After advising us to call Pets Abroad UK, we were fixed to use the original flight. Then the flights were cancelled from Athens in advance of extreme weather but Chris instead suggested the ferry and our cats accompanied by an agent, managed to get the last one before the weather turned. Chris is a very professional, kind lady who will find a solution, not a problem. She knew about all the new Brexit regulations and we had only 2 simple forms to fill in. Thanks to this lovely lady, our 2 cats arrived happily in Crete, reunited with us at last. Would highly recommend Chris' Animal Hotel ??

Everything was done efficiently, with great care and attention to detail, but no undue fuss. Extremely professional. Chris kept me informed at all times, liaised very well with the UK agent and huge credit especially for the care she and her colleagues took of one of the cats who had health/dietary problems and needed daily meds. I am very grateful and would recommend her highly.
