★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frances and all of her staff took such amazing care of our two elderly dogs. They came back looking so healthy and happy; we couldn't be more grateful. My boyfriend and I used to worry about leaving our dogs, but never again will we feel that way. Frances' Doggy Den was like a holiday for our dogs too, they had such good fun running around and jumping in the paddling pools. Also, the staff went above and beyond with the way they kept our dogs' beds and blanket clean, we didn't expect that at all, I think their stuff came back cleaner and fresher than when we dropped them off! We were kept updated on how they were with pictures and videos which was so reassuring. Our dogs are our babies and we 100% would trust Frances and her team to babysit for them again, if they will have us! Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frances and her team took excellent care of my dog over the Christmas period. My dog can be a bit anxious and is very attached to me, so I was nervous to leave her. However, the doggy den crew clearly took great care of her as when I got her back she was happy and relaxed, and the team had carefully introduced her to some of the other dogs so they could play together happily and safely. Overall, I was very pleased with the services and France's facilities (lots of outdoor park space) and I would gladly leave my dog there again. Thanks guys!
