★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a friday full of people in august, but of course one of the worst service I never ever seen.
We were two adults and a two years old infant. We bought the tickets (under pressure) from a vendor outside. We just asked to take the return before because of the baby (and she said no problem).
They communicated wrong information all the time. they let us wait under the sun with the baby in our arms.
not a smile, just rudeness, arrogance and roughness.
on return - after having assured us the possibility of returning in advance - with the child so tired in my arms (always under the sun) they stopped us. I had to argue with a guy that felt like rambo.
they agreed to let us on board only when I asked to speak with the captain and that I would file a complaint to police.
never again.
absolutely not recommended.
it's really a shame... because Crissi is so a wonderful place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 hour and 2 boats lost because of the mess. No lines, no organization, just amassed people as animals , everyone step on your feet to pass ahead… awful experience. Do not chose this company.

Although we booked our tickets to go at Crissi Ammos, we never get there because they didn't let us to board at the boat because it was already full;the boat left 10 minutes earlier from the arranged time. As a result more than 20 people stayed out of the boat! The solution they proposed was to wait for another 2 hours for the next boat, which was absurd! At least we got our money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The island itself (Chrissi Island) is nothing special, nice beach with sand/rock mix, don't expect a carrebean feeling (as advertised). I have to add the the colour od the water is indeed amazing. However, regarding the cruise line: We were there in July. The 4 ships were very crowded, you could either take place on the top deck (with very little shade, we didn't have any) or on the ground deck (with AC, but due to the large amount of people there is no air). The prices on board are okay. During the whole trip we felt like an animal herd, getting directed from one place to another in huge crowds. Overall, spending one whole day with this trip is not worth it. There are way better beaches on the island with less people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good way to explore Chrissi Island as there is no private transfer you can book. Make sure to bring your own food and drinks, then you can avoid to buy something on the boat and stand in the long waiting line. It is quite crowded even during covid-19 times, so there isn't a sitting place for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the island. It takes an hour to get there , boat leaves at 11.15 and returns at 4. You can get snacks and drinks on board and on the island. It was lovely and quiet end of may/ start of June. Plenty of tranquil places and you can feel like Robinson Crusoe. water is turquoise and you can see sea bed deep down. Water shoes are a must as the rocks are really sharp.
It's really peaceful and you can escape everything. Plenty of lizards and crickets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a scam. Everybody in the boat we went was deceived.
now it is not possible to go to the island. The boat just goes near and you swim, and pass the day in the boat but they don't tell you that when they sell you the tickets.
It was horrible. we though we were going to pass the day at a beach and is not true. People went with kids toke sunshades and no one knew it was not possible to go to the island. the kids can't swim because of the current is not safe...so the just spend a day inside a boat not doing anything
