Άμεση παράδοση και όχι στο πεζοδρόμιο αλλά στο χώρο μου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά σε επόμενη μου αγορά. Friendly Service, they helped me a lot on the phone to decide on the fitness device I could use best. Immediate delivery and not on the sidewalk but in my space. I will prefer it again in my next purchase.
i	irini V. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγοράσαμε τον Σεπτέμβριο έναν διάδρομο Τunturi Τ60 αξίας 1400 ευρώ που μας υπέδειξε ο κύριος που έχει το κατάστημα. Από την πρώτη μέρα που τον χρησιμοποιήσαμε, μας έπιασε η μέση μας και ο αυχένας μας και εμένα και του συζύγου μου καθώς ο διάδρομος κουνιόταν σαν να περπατάς σε τραμπολίνο. Ενημέρωσα το κατάστημα και ο κύριος μου είπε ότι μάλλον έχουμε κάποιο πρόβλημα στη μέση ή στον αυχένα και δεν φταίει σε καμία περίπτωση ο διάδρομός. Ένα-δύο μήνες μετά ο διάδρομος άρχισε επιπλέον να κάνει και φρεναρίσματα μπρος-πίσω την ώρα που περπατούσαμε. Τον ξαναπήρα τηλέφωνο και με καθησύχασε ότι οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα υπάρχει θα μας το λύσει και πως τον ενδιαφέρει να είμαστε ικανοποιημένοι από το προϊόν. Ήρθε το συνεργείο του έκανε κάποιες ρυθμίσεις και όταν έφυγαν ο διάδρομος είχε βελτιωθεί ως προς τα φρεναρίσματα αλλά πλέον ο τάπητας έγερνε από την αριστερή μεριά (το διαπίστωσα και με αλφάδι) και συνέχιζε να έχει την προηγούμενη αστάθεια και αίσθηση ότι περπατάς σε τραμπολίνο . Τον ξανακάλεσα έπειτα από λίγες ημέρες και του ζήτησα ευγενικά να δούμε την περίπτωση του να αλλάξουμε τον διάδρομο που ελάχιστα (ούτε 5 ώρες συνολικά) είχαμε χρησιμοποιήσει με κάποιον άλλο που θα μας πρότεινε που να μην έχει τα προβλήματα αυτά. Μου έκλεισε βιαστικά το τηλέφωνο λέγοντας μου ότι δεν θέλει ούτε να το συζητήσει και να μην μπω στο κόπο να τον ξανακαλέσω. Έχουμε δαπανήσει 1400 ευρώ, δηλαδή 2 μισθούς, για να πάρουμε κάτι αξιόλογο και έχουμε έναν προβληματικό διάδρομο τον οποίο ούτε δέχεται πίσω παρότι τον ενημερώσαμε από την αρχή και δεν τον έχουμε καθόλου χρησιμοποιήσει. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας για το Aftersales του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος... Εννοείται ότι εάν δεν αλλάξει κάτι θα στείλω e-mail παραπόνων και στην Tunturi και τον συνήγορο του καταναλωτή, για το εν λόγω κατάστημα και τον συγκεκριμένο διάδρομο. In September we bought a Tunturi T60 treadmill worth 1400 euros that the owner of the store suggested to us. From the first day we used it, it grabbed our waist and neck and me and my husband as the treadmill shook like you were walking on a trampoline. I informed the store and the gentleman told me that we probably have a problem in the waist or neck and the corridor is not to blame in any case. A month or two later, the treadmill started braking back and forth as we walked. I called him again and he reassured me that any problem there would be solved and that he was interested in being satisfied with the product. His crew came and made some adjustments and when they left the treadmill had improved in terms of braking but now the carpet was tilted to the left (I noticed it with a spirit level) and continued to have the previous instability and feeling that you are walking on a trampoline. I called him again after a few days and politely asked him to see his case to change the aisle that we had used for a little (not even 5 hours in total) with someone else who would suggest that he does not have these problems. He hastily hung up the phone telling me that he did not even want to discuss it and did not bother to call him again. We have spent 1400 euros, ie 2 salaries, to get something worthwhile and we have a problematic corridor which he does not accept back even though we informed him from the beginning and we have not used it at all. Your conclusions about the Aftersales of this store ... It goes without saying that if nothing changes I will send a complaint e-mail to both Tunturi and the consumer ombudsman, for that store and the specific aisle.

Επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άμεση. Ήρθαν την ίδια μέρα και σε τέσσερις μέρες το μηχάνημα ήταν πλέον λειτουργικό. Από τη δική μου εμπειρία είμαι ευχαριστημένος από την εξυπηρέτηση I bought a multi-instrument from the store which unfortunately had a problem the second day and needed a spare part. I contacted the store and the service was immediate. They came the same day and in four days the machine was now operational. From my own experience I am happy with the service

Πήρα έναν επικλινή πάγκο Pegasus 5012 και κατά την συναρμολόγηση του, είδα ότι είχε ένα εργοστασιακό ελάττωμα σε μια κόλληση της κεντρικής βάσης. Μετά από επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα στέλνοντας κάτι φωτογραφίες του προβλήματος, μέσα σε μία μέρα είχα την αντικατάσταση του ελαττωματικού κομματιού. Μπράβο για την ταχύτητα τους!! Η εξυπηρέτηση, το service και το after market support είναι πραγματικά σε πολύ υψηλό επίπεδο. Μπράβο σας και ευχαριστώ!
