Επειδή δεν απαντούν και στο τηλέφωνο αναγκάστηκα να πάω στο κατάστημα για να επιβεβαιώσω την εξέλιξη (απόσταση 11 χιλιόμετρα). Η απάντηση ότι δεν το έχουν παραλάβει ακόμα από το εργαστήρι που το στέλνουν για επισκευή. Ζήτησαν να επικοινωνήσω εκ νέου μαζί τους μετά από 3 ημέρες, αλλά πάλι δεν απαντούν. Προφανώς είναι απαράδεκτη η εξυπηρέτηση και δεν συστήνεται η επιχείρηση. I have been on watch for repair for 10 days and have not been repaired. Because they do not answer the phone and I had to go to the store to confirm the evolution (11 kilometers). The answer that they have not yet received it from the lab that sends it for repair. They asked me to contact them again after 3 days, but again they did not reply. Service is obviously unacceptable and the company is not recommended.

(Επέλεξα το συγκεκριμένο service γιατί ήθελα να αποφύγω το επίσημο service της αντιπροσωπείας του ρολογιού μου λόγω ανεπίτρεπτης συμπεριφοράς που έχουν) Με δυο διαφορετικούς ανθρώπους που επικοινώνησα από την συγκεκριμένη επιχείρηση από κοντά αλλά και τηλεφωνικά, μπορώ να πω ότι η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άριστη και επίσης οι πληροφορίες που έλαβα ήταν επεξηγηματικές σχετικά με τον τρόπο και το κόστος επισκευής.
