★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first time buying from this jewellery shop but would definitely buy again. Good variety of choices. Staff is very polite, knowledgeable and extremely professional.
Apart from all the different items you can buy from their store (or even their e-shop), what is equally as important is that they have their own workshop and can help you fix, repair and restore almost anything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a ring online, while the ring itself was great the size varied by at least 2 sizes from what we ordered (we checked my fiancée's size 3 times to be sure) furthermore the ruby had a scratch on it.
They asked 20 euro to resize the ring, when what they sent wasn't the size we wanted. We took it to a local jewellery who resized it for 5 euro!!!!

I needed to order a few gifts for my son's soon-to-be godparents and I wanted to order the items prior to my flight to Greece to be sure that the items would be sent to my husband's family home in Ioannina. The quality and options were wonderful, and the courier delivered within a week for a very small extra charge (less than $5)! I had a great experience with their online purchasing/ordering process and the owner herself emailed me several times to be of assistance through the process as I had a minor issue with my credit card. Very friendly staff, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the whole experience! Thank you, Skaras Jewels!!
