Επίσης οι κοπέλες στην τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση είναι αγενείς και σε διακόπτουν την ώρα που τους μιλάς πριν καν προλάβεις να ολοκληρώσεις. Σήμερα συνέβη κάτι πάρα πολύ σοβαρό το οποίο μπορώ να το χαρακτηρίσω επικίνδυνο. Η σύζυγος μου είχε κλείσει στο συγκεκριμένο φαρμακείο να εμβολιαστεί με συγκεκριμένο εμβόλιο λόγω προβλημάτων υγείας. Καθώς το συζητούσαμε σήμερα για το πως θα μετακινηθεί της είπα μπες να δούμε τι ώρα σε έχουν δηλώσει. Μπαίνοντας στην πλατφόρμα συνειδητοποιησαμε ότι το ραντεβού δεν είχε κλειστεί ποτέ. Πλέον δεν υπάρχει διαθέσιμο ραντεβού τις επόμενες εβδομάδες και είμαστε αποκαρδιωμενοι. Μπαίνοντας στην πλατφόρμα ύστερα από 40΄ φαινόταν να το έχουν περάσει αλλά με λάθος ημερομηνία. Τηλεφώνησα και μου απάντησαν μετά από 9 κλήσεις, λέγοντας μου ότι δεν έχουν προλάβει να το περάσουν και να περιμένω 10΄. Ξανά μπαίνοντας στην πλατφόρμα αντιμετώπισα πάλι το ίδιο πρόβλημα, είχε λάθος ημερομηνία. Όταν ξανά πήρα τηλέφωνο μου είπε ότι έχει πολύ δουλειά και να ξανά προσπαθήσω. Όλα αυτά αφού είχαν περάσει 2 ώρες ενώ είχε γίνει το τεστ. Επισκέφθηκα το φαρμακείο καθώς από το τηλέφωνο δεν είχαν διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν και ήταν αγενέστατη. Μπαίνοντας στο φαρμακείο μου απάντησε ότι δεν μπορεί να κάνει κάτι και ότι εκείνη το έχει περάσει στην πλατφόρμα. Απαράδεκτο να κάνει λάθος και όχι μόνο να μην το παραδέχεται αλλά να είναι και ειρωνική, καθώς η ώρα που περάστηκε σωστά το τεστ ήταν την ώρα που επισκέφθηκα το φαρμακείο. Παρόλο που ο χώρος είναι καλά οργανωμένος με αρκετά προιόντα, έχουν αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά. Unacceptable behavior of the girl he serves. Σήμερα Δευτέρα ανοιχτό στις 17:00 μπαίνω, ζητάω rapid-test, 2 κοπέλες πίσω από το τζάμι κάθονται, χωρίς να εξυπηρετούν κανέναν και μου λένε ότι κλείνουν σε 15 λεπτά και ότι δεν προλαβαίνουν να μου κάνουν το τεστ! Αν δεν μπορείτε να εξυπηρετήσετε τον κόσμο, κλείστε την πόρτα ώστε να φαίνεστε κλειστά τουλάχιστον! Δεν ήθελα να το χοντρινω και να ζητήσω να μιλήσω με το αφεντικό!
