Όχι μόνο δε θέλησαν να ακούσουν το λάθος τους, αλλά δεν επέτρεψαν την επικοινωνία μου με την υπεύθυνη του καταστήματος! We all make mistakes but it would be good to admit them, let alone the professionals and even a neighborhood! Τρελη αγωνια για αντικατάσταση ελλατωματικου προϊόντος που παρήγγειλα. Κανενα μαιλ ενημερωσης για την τυχη του πακέτου.Ανυπαρκτο after sale! Rude, ironic staff without any service disposition! When buying a product through eshop, there is no information about return policy! Crazy anxiety about replacing a defective product I ordered. No email information about the luck of the package. Non-existent after sale!

Πήγα για ραπιντ στις 10/1 και ο κύριος που θα το έκανε μου ζήτησε να το κάνω μόνη μου δλδ εντάξει αν ήθελα να κάνω σελφ το έκανα και στο σπίτι μου, σκοπός μ ήταν να έχει μεγαλύτερη ακρίβεια η διαδικασία. Παράλληλα με αυτό είχαν ένα θέμα με τους υπολογιστές (;;) τους και το ραπιντ δεν περάστηκε στο gov μέχρι δυο ώρες αργότερα. Όταν πήρα τηλ να ρωτήσω γιατί δν έχει περαστεί, ο κύριος π έκανε το τεστ μ είπε ότι το τεστ ήταν αρνητικό αλλά αφού του υπενθύμισα ότι αυτό είναι απίθανο, τελικά μου είπε ότι το τεστ είναι θετικό. Γελάω με αυτού του είδους τη συμπεριφορά. Πέραν τούτου η άλλη φαρμακοποιός π ήταν εκεί ήταν άκρως αγενεστατη. Unacceptable service, marginally incompetent I would say. I went for rap on 10/1 and the gentleman who would do it asked me to do it myself dld ok if I wanted to self I did it at home, my purpose was to make the process more accurate. At the same time they had an issue with their computers (??) and the rapid was not passed to gov until two hours later. When I got on the phone to ask why it had not been passed, Mr. P took the test and said that the test was negative but after I reminded him that this was unlikely, he finally told me that the test was positive. I laugh at this kind of behavior. Other than that the other pharmacist who was there was extremely rude.
