‘Fresh’ calamari pasta was on the menu but unsure as to its freshness and the sauce (heavy tomato based) used, masked any flavour the calamari may have had. A real shame. The people that work here made you feel like you were a problem for them - very unfriendly and unhappy! Nice spot to have a drink at the beach, but average food.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT. Don't be fooled by the unexplicable amount of positive reviews. The restaurant is a tourist trap which uses the beautiful view to lure tourists in. The food tastes ok but the prices are way too high and the portions are comically small. After we complained about the food the staff just rolled their eyes and left. I usually don't write such negative reviews but our experience was so terrible i was highly motivated to. All in all, just go anywhere else.

It is on the beach, very quiet place, soothing, normal prices. Vegan options: falafel, eggplant salad, eggplant imam baildi, fava beans, salad (beetroots, vlita, xwriatiki, etc..) It offers dessert!

I went there with my friends today, and I have to say that I was rather disappointed. We had various dishes. One of them found a fly fried with her fried kalamari dish and my "Mastello" plate had fries that were overfried, to the level of looking like potato chips, as you can see in the photo. The taste of the meat was average to good, and on a scale of 1 to 10 the taste would get a 7. Also, the prices were not good. The bread was really overpriced. We paid 9 euros for it. Aside these, the toilet was also very dirty, being one of the dirtiest toilets I have been to. At least, the view was nice. We sat at a nice stone-made table with a view to the "Chrysopigi" church. In general, I would strongly advise you to eat somewhere else.

Really nice tavern right on the beach! We loved all the plates, really tasty and honestly so far probably the best we had! The dessert was nothing special! But the location is top!

Outstanding food at this seemingly ordinary beach restaurant. The garlic sauce - omg! In addition to the garlic sauce we had the eggplant bouregi, chickpea stew, fried squid, and the famous lamb dish. All were so flavorful and the lamb was so tender and perfect. Perfect view; owned by a sweet family.

Just Wow! Looks like such an unassuming taverna on a charming little beach with crystal clear water. Food is out of this world and very reasonably priced. Seems to get busy around 2pm. Grilled sardines came in a beautiful lemon and oil dressing - definitely some of the best I've ever had. And the Sifnos chickpea soup is the best example we've had.
