★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vera acropoli dimenticata! Salite ad Aghia Marina magari prima del tramonto. Opere immani di terrazzamenti, palmente, fornaci, cisterne, lunghissimi lastricati di tratturi..! Quante migliaglia di persone e per quanti secoli hanno lavorato creando tutto questo? E perche lo hanno dismesso, abbanfonato?
 A real forgotten acropolis! Go up to Aghia Marina maybe before sunset. Huge works of terracing, pally, furnaces, cisterns, very long paving of sheep tracks ..! How many thousands of people and for how many centuries have they worked creating all this? And why have they abandoned it, abandoned it?

Η Νεικώ, η Παναγία, όλη η ιστορική διαδρομή του Ελληνισμού σε αυτό το μνημείο ορόσημο μοναδικό στο είδος του στο Αιγαίο.... Ελπίζουμε σύντομα να ολοκληρωθούν οι εργασίες αποκατάστασης και να ξαναγίνει επισκέψιμος αυτός ο υπέροχος και μοναδικός ναός... Πρόσβαση οδικώς από ασφάλτινο δρόμο συν πέντε λεπτά περίπου περπάτημα.

Neiko, Panagia, the whole historical route of Hellenism in this landmark monument unique in its kind in the Aegean .... We hope that the restoration works will be completed soon and that this wonderful and unique church will be visited again ... Access by road from asphalt road plus about five minutes walk.
