È abitato da una suora che se ne occopa con passione ed amore, per cui è curato e ordinato. Il panorama sull'isola è sul mare è spettacolare e di una bellezza commovente. Non c'è niente, ma quel niente è moltissimo. Entratevi in silenzio, con il sorriso sulle labbra e lasciatevi permeare dalla pace e dalla bellezza. Βρίσκεται στην πλατεία του κάστρου στη χώρα της Σικινου.Χρονολογειται από το 1787 και στο εσωτερικό της ξεχωρίζει το ξυλόγλυπτο τέμπλο και οι εικόνες της Κριτικής Σχολής. Σύμφωνα με το μύθο η εικόνα έφυγε από την Κρήτη και πήγε στη Σικινο χωρίς να σβήσει το καντήλι που τη συνόδευε.
Panagia Pantanassa is the patron saint of the island. It is located in the castle square in the town of Sikinos. It dates from 1787 and inside stands the wood-carved iconostasis and the icons of the Critical School. According to the legend, the icon left Crete and went to Sikinos without extinguishing the candle that accompanied it.
