★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20.5.2018 Ίμερα Ξάνθης εκδήλωση μνήμης & τιμής για την Γενοκτονία των Ποντίων... απο τους Συλλόγους Τοξότες-Ίμερα-Κρωμνικό. Οι Πόντιοι γενναίοι στα δύσκολα θαραλαίοι στις προκλήσεις των καιρών. παρευρέθηκα και συμμετείχα ως απλός επισκέπτης σε αυτές τις εκδηλώσεις. Λιτές αλλά συνάμα όμως εντυπωσιακές. Τώρα για τους επισκέπτες μας η τοποθεσία είναι κορυφαία μεταξύ των νομών Ξάνθης-Καβάλας για εκδρομές περιηγήσεις πικ-νικ. Πρωτομαγιά με θέα τον Θρακιώτικο και Καβαλιώτικο Κάμπο για ψησίματα και ουζο-τσιπουροκαταστάσεις. Καθαρά Δευτέρα, οι άνεμοι ιδανικοί για πέταγμα και δραστηριότητες. Απο την κορυφή και λίγο πιο πάνω απο το χωριό Κρωμνικό βλέπεις και θαυμάζεις τα Στενά του Νέστου τα γνωστά Θρακικά Τέμπη. Η μαγεία όμως δεν σταματά εδώ. Ο νεότευκτος δρόμος προς Κομμνηνά υπέροχη φυσική και βουνίσια διαδρομή στην κατάληξή του θα σας προσφέρει το χωριό καφέ και φαγητό.
20.5.2018 Imera Xanthi event of memory & honor for the Genocide of the Pontians ... by the Sagittarius-Imera-Kromniko Associations. The Pontians are brave in the difficult times in the challenges of the times. I attended and participated as a regular visitor in these events. Simple but at the same time impressive. Now for our visitors the location is top among the prefectures of Xanthi-Kavala for picnic tours. May Day overlooking the Thracian and Kavaliotiko Plains for baking and ouzo-tsipouro situations. Clear Monday, winds ideal for flying and activities. From the top and a little above the village Kromniko you see and admire the Straits of Nestos the well-known Thracian Temples. But the magic does not stop here. The newly built road to Komnina wonderful natural and mountainous route at its end the village will offer you coffee and food.
