Βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα στο συγκρότημα της λεγόμενης Οικίας Κολοκοτρώνη και έχει ανακαινιστεί σχετικά πρόσφατα όπως και το παρακείμενο κτιριακό συγκρότημα σε αντίθεση με την Ακρόπολη του Κάστρου. Η πρόσβαση είναι σχετικά εύκολη μέσω του ανηφορικού μονοπατιού αλλά δυστυχώς το εσωτερικό της εκκλησίας δεν είναι επισκέψιμο αν και μετά τις εργασίες συντήρησης φαίνεται πως έχει γίνει υπέροχη δουλειά. Panagia Kastro, is a small chapel located in the Castle of Karytaina, under the Acropolis and within the fortified medieval settlement. It is located right next to the complex of the so-called Kolokotroni House and has been recently renovated just like the adjoining building complex as opposed to the Acropolis of the Castle. Access is relatively easy through the uphill path, but unfortunately the interior of the church is not accessible, although after the maintenance work it seems to have been a great job.
