Δυστυχώς είναι παρατημένο σε κακό βαθμό. Κυριολεκτικά υπάρχουν εγκαταλελειμμένες όλες οι εγκαταστάσεις, μηδενική σήμανση. Ο δρόμος για να το προσεγγίσετε έχει σήμανση "ιδιωτικός δρόμος". Είναι θλιβερό πως έχει αφεθεί. Wild landscape, with a very interesting story and very impressive how many hands and how many different cultures have passed through this point and left something. Unfortunately it is abandoned to a bad degree. Literally all the facilities are abandoned, zero marking. The road to reach it is marked "private road". It is sad that he has been left behind.

Si non si trova alcuna informazione, accesso è precluso e si trova in uno stato apparente di scavi avviati e non conclusi. La vista dalla sommità della collina e stupenda. Consiglio di andarci o la mattina presto o nel tardo pomeriggio. Sarebbe bello fossero conclusi gli scavi e riportate informazioni sulla città. Ancient city of Minoa. Located on the top of the hill above Katapola. No information is found, access is forbidden and it is in an apparent state of excavations that have begun and not completed. The view from the top of the hill is stunning. I recommend going there either early in the morning or late in the afternoon. It would be nice to have completed the excavations and reported information about the city.

Views are breathtaking tho and the local goats won't hesitate to say hi. be prepared with at least a bottle of water if you want to go all the way up to Minoa since there's no shops anywhere nearby.
N	Nico B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must! Very eerie and mystical atmosphere. The place seems like an abandoned excavation. Information plates were removed and most of the area is fenced off, but you can get in through some wide openings in the fence. Some of the slopes are overtaken by wandering goats. Some cool remaining of statues and temples -super interesting. Very remote, so you’ll have the place for yourself. If going by car, drive to the Ursula market in Katapola and turn right, following the sign for Ancient Minoa. This is the only route to get by car, all the others are inaccesible. Route becomes a dirty road by the end, so you can walk (~10mins)
