g	george ka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα από το κατάστημα Citismarket ένα κινητό,Μετά από κάποιο διάστημα όμως άρχισε να παρουσιάζει προβλήματα στη φόρτιση.Επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα αγοράς και με παρέπεμψε στο service Citisaid.Το στέλνω στο Citisaid και μετά από ένα κυκεώνα προβλημάτων και τσακωμών για μη τήρηση της σειράς παραλαμβάνω τη συσκευή μετά από ένα δεκαήμερο αναμονής. Οι τεχνικοί μου είπαν ότι δεν έχει πρόβλημα η συσκευή,ότι φταίει το καλώδιο φόρτισης και ότι είναι εκτός εγγύησης επειδή έχει ένα σπάσιμο πάνω αριστερά του πλαισίου το οποίο όμως μετά βεβαιότητος δεν το έκανα εγώ.Άλλαξα το καλώδιο φόρτισης και όλα καλά μέχρι την στιγμή που επιδεινώθηκε το πρόβλημα και δεν φόρτιζε καθόλου. Στη συνέχεια επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα, τους είπα για αντικατάσταση συσκευής και με παρέπεμψε εκ νέου στο service οι οποίοι μου απάντησαν ότι σας προανέφερα για μη εγγύηση του τηλεφώνου,Εγώ τους ανταπάντησα ότι το σπασιματάκι στο πλαίσιο της συσκευής μπορεί να το έκαναν οι ίδιοι για να το βγάλουν εκτός εγγύησης. Όταν λοιπόν παραγγέλνεις κάτι όλα καλά αν όμως παρουσιαστεί κάποιο πρόβλημα το κατάστημα μαζί με τους τεχνικούς αποποιούνται τις ευθύνες τους και κάνεις μόνος σου ότι νομίζεις. I bought a mobile phone from the Citismarket store, but after a while started having problems charging. I contacted the store and referred to the Citisaid service. I send it to Citisaid and after a series of problems and fights for non-compliance I receive the device after a ten day wait. The technicians told me that the device has no problem, that the charging cable is at fault and that it is out warranty because it has a break on the top left of the frame which but certainly not I did. I changed the charging cable and all is well until the problem worsens and no did not charge at all. Then I contacted the store, I told them to replace the device and referred me again to the service who replied that I mentioned you above for no warranty I replied that the break in the device may have been made by themselves to take it out of warranty. So when you order something all right if but if there is a problem the store along with the technicians are discarded their responsibilities and you do what you think yourself.
H	Hyde Speakeasy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΤΕΩΝΕΣ!!!! Μακρια αν θελετε τα λεφτα σας. Το δουλευουν κατι ανεπαγγελτοι, το καταστημα δεν υπαρχει ειναι φαντασμα...και η εξυπηρετηση πελατων αστο! Αγορασα ελαττωματικο (αλλα ελεγμενο) iPhone και κανεις δεν εβγαινε να μου πει στα ισια τι θα γινει. Για ενα μηνα παιζανε κρυφτουλι στα τηλεφωνα και στο καταστημα...γεμισαμε tech experts και e-shop της πλακας. CROOKS!!!! Long if you want your money. They are working it out unannounced, the shop is no ghost ... and the customer service is boring! I bought a defective (but tested) iPhone and no one was going to tell me exactly what was going to happen. For a month they played hide-and-seek on the phones and in the store ... we were filled with tech experts and an e-shop of plaque.
Χ	Χρήστος Κ. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι . Δεν υπάρχει εγγύηση . Σε στέλνουν στο citisaid σου φτιάχνουν την βλάβη σε ένα μήνα έχεις την ίδια βλάβη αλλά κάτι θα βρουν να πουν ότι φταις εσύ ..... Τα χαρτιά έχουν παει ήδη συνήγορο του καταναλωτή . . Αποφεύγεται αυτό το κατάστημα για το σέρβις τους . Το τηλεφωνικό τους κέντρο πάντως οι κοπέλες είναι ευγενεστατες και υπομονετικες ... Αλλά αυτό είναι το λιγότερο . Unacceptable. There is no guarantee. They send you to citisaid, they fix the damage, in a month you have the same damage, but they will find something to say that it is your fault ..... The papers have already gone to the consumer ombudsman. . Avoid this store for their service. Their call center, however, the girls are very kind and patient ... But that is the least.
Γ	Γιαννης Ασημομυτης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φύγε μακριά,μετα την αγορά δεν υπάρχεις.Σε στέλνουν στο άχρηστο και απαραδεκτο citis aid σέρβις με την εγγύηση του κ@λου που δεν πρόκειται να βρεις άκρη. ΦΥΓΕ ΜΑΚΡΙΑ το ενα αστέρι ειναι πολύ δεν εχει ποιο κατω.στην φωτογραφία βλέπετε πως έκαναν στεγανοποίηση ηχείου σε αδιάβροχο κινητό ip68 λες και ήταν νεροχύτης σε ταβέρνα,και υποστηρίζουν ότι αυτή η χλαπατσα είναι βάση προδιαγραφών του κατασκευαστή ,τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας.... Go away, after the purchase you do not exist. They send you to the useless and unacceptable citis aid service with the guarantee that you will not find an edge. N	Nick Cooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακριά από το κατάστημα αυτό. Είναι ο ίδιος ιδιοκτήτης με το CitisShop το οποίο έκλεισε κατά την διάρκεια της καραντίνας και έκλεψε τα χρήματα πολλών. Ποτέ δεν πήρα το κινητό που παρήγγειλα όπως και πολλοί άλλοι. Απαράδεκτοι, μακάρι κλείσιμο σύντομα για να μην εξαπατήσουν κι άλλους. Απάντηση: Καταλαβαίνω πως η ευθεία κατηγορία φαίνεται αβάσιμη και ότι μπορεί ο ιδιοκτήτης να μην είναι πράγματι ο ίδιος, αλλά οι δύο επιχειρήσεις έχουν παρόμοιο όνομα, font, logo και σχεδιασμό του eshop. Βρέθηκα εγγεγραμμένος στο site σας και στο newsletter σας χωρίς να σας έχω επισκεφθεί ποτέ, ενώ είχα κάνει λογαριασμό στο προηγούμενο eshop. Όλα αυτά είναι πολύ ύποπτα και θα πρότεινα οι καταναλωτές να είναι προσεκτικοί αν επιλέξουν το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Μακάρι να κάνω λάθος. Away from this store. Μακριά πότε ξανά.! No information on the status of the order ..
