Μάλλον έκλεισε και δεν έχουν κατεβάσει το site, η δεν έχουν σβήσει την επιχείρηση από το google my business. I try to contact the store and they do not pick it up. Probably closed and have not downloaded the site, or have not deleted the business from google my business.

Πολύ καλη εξυπηρέτηση, το εκτιμώ πάρα πολυ :) I wanted to know what options I have for a coupon I bought and I did not want to use the service for my own reasons. Φέτος παρήγγειλα ένα iPhone 13 pro max το οποίο καθυστέρησε τόσο να έρθει που ζήτησα ακύρωση παραγγελίας και επιστροφή χρημάτων. Έχω πάρει πολλά τηλέφωνα, έχω στείλει μηνύματα στο messenger, έχω στείλει emails και δεν έλαβα ποτέ επίσημη απάντηση. Πλήρως απογοητευμένος, αλλά απόλυτα έτοιμος να διεκδικήσω το δίκιο και τα λεφτά μου με κάθε νόμιμο μέσο! Υ.γ. έχουν βάλει και fake reviews οι "έξυπνοι" για να ψαρέψουν κόσμο. Είναι τραγικοί και αντιεπαγγελματίες! After many years of cooperation I had no complaints. This year I ordered an iPhone 13 pro max which was so late that I asked for an order cancellation and a refund. I have received many calls, I have sent messages to the messenger, I have sent emails and I have never received an official response. Completely disappointed, but absolutely ready to claim my right and my money by any legal means! Υ.γ. The "smart" ones have also put fake reviews to fish for people. They are tragic and unprofessional!

Η αγορά ακυρώθηκε την ίδια μέρα και παρά τις αρχικές διαβεβαιώσεις για επιστροφή του ποσού σε 7 εργάσιμες το αργότερο, 1 μήνα μετά τα χρήματα είναι άφαντα και τα email μου αγνοούνται επιδεικτικά. (Τηλέφωνα λόγω lockdown δε σηκώνουν!) Προχωράω σε καταγγελία στο υπουργείο εμπορίου και σε αμφισβήτηση της συναλλαγής. Μείνετε μακριά! A service was purchased and paid for by credit card. The purchase was canceled on the same day and despite the initial assurances for a refund of the amount to 7 working days at the latest, 1 month later the money is useless and my emails are ostentatiously ignored. (Phones do not pick up due to lockdown!) I make a complaint to the Ministry of Commerce and question the transaction. Stay away!

Οπως καταλαβαινετε μου τα πηραν. Υπαρχει καποιος τροπος να μου επιστραφουν τα λεφτα;;; obviously they closed.! I had kept a balance of money in my account, and they told me that I could redeem it whenever I wanted. As you can understand, they took them from me. Is there any way to get my money back ???

Μου έστειλαν το κουπόνι και επικοινώνησα με το συνεργαζόμενο κατάστημα για την αποστολή της παραγγελίας μου.Το κατάστημα με ενημέρωσε ότι η προσφορά δεν ισχύει και οτι έχουν ζητήσει και οι ίδιοι από το deals365 να κατεβάσουν την προσφορά. Φυσικά η προσφορά μέχρι και σήμερα 23/4/21 υπαρχει ακόμα!Τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία δεν υπάρχει λόγω covid και τα email μου τα αγνοούν! Θα προχωρήσω σε καταγγελία στο υπουργείο εμπορίου.Μακριά ειναι απαράδεκτοι!!! I bought an offer in the form of a coupon which I prepaid on 9/4/21. They sent me the coupon and I contacted the partner store to send my order. The store informed me that the offer is not valid and that they themselves have asked deals365 to download the offer. Of course the offer until today 23/4/21 still exists! There is no telephone communication due to covid and my emails ignore them! I will file a complaint to the Ministry of Commerce. They are far from unacceptable !!!

Μου έστειλαν το κουπόνι και επικοινώνησα κάποια στιγμή με το συνεργαζόμενο κατάστημα για την καθυστέρηση της παραγγελίας μου. Το κατάστημα με ενημέρωσε ότι έχουν διακόψει την συνεργασία μαζί τους εδώ και καιρό. Δυστυχώς τηλεφωνικά κανείς δεν απαντά και φυσικά ούτε και στα email μου. I also bought an offer in the form of a coupon which I prepaid on 22/4/21. They sent me the coupon and at some point I contacted the partner store to delay my order. The store informed me that they have stopped working with them for a long time. Unfortunately no one answers by phone and of course not even my emails.

Προφαν΄βς έχουν κλείσει, αγοράζεις κουπόνι και οι συνεργαζόμενες επιχειρήσεις σε ενημερώνουν ότι δεν συνεργάζονται και βρίσκονται στα δικαστήρια...ευτυχώς πλήρωσα με paypal και υπάρχει πιθανότητα να πάρω κάποια χρήματα πίσω. πρέπει να παρέμβει η δίωξη ηλ. εγκλήματος Απαραδεκτοι, κλεφτες.... I put a star because there is no negative rating. Obviously they are closed, you buy a coupon and the cooperating companies inform you that they are not cooperating and are in court ... fortunately I paid with paypal and there is a possibility that I will get some money back. e-crime prosecution must intervene Unacceptable, thieves ....
