They want an appointment but they never pick up the phones to close it and if you go there without an appointment they even tell you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κανονικα ουτε μισο αστερι.Ειναι απαραδεκτο να εχουν αναρτημενο ωραριο λειτουργιας και να μην ισχυει.Παρασκευη λεει οτι κλεινει 19:30 και ηταν κλειστο αππο της 18:30.Χωρια που το τηλεφωνο στο site ειναι λαθος
Normally not even half a star. It is unacceptable to have posted opening hours and not valid. Friday says that it closes at 19:30 and was closed from 18:30.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εξυπηρέτηση από μια συγκεκριμένη υπάλληλο ήταν απαράδεκτη. Κοντέψαμε να μην ολοκληρώσουμε τη μεταβίβαση αυτοκινήτου με ενδιαφερόμενο αγοραστή που ήρθε αυθημερόν από Αθήνα εξαιτίας της. Θα πρέπει να συμπεριφερόμαστε με σεβασμό, υπομονή και κατανόηση στον πολίτη. Δεν είναι τσιφλίκι μας τα ΚΕΠ.
Είχαμε κλείσει ραντεβού στις 14:00 αλλά ο έλεγχος στο συνεργείο καθυστέρησε και πήγαμε στις 3. Ενώ δεν υπήρχε κάποιος που να περιμένει δεν μας εξυπηρέτησε, αλλά κυρίως δεν μας μίλησε καθόλου ευγενικά!!
Ευτυχώς υπάρχουν και τα ΚΕΠ ΕΥΟΣΜΟΥ με εξαιρετικότατη εξυπηρέτηση!!! Μας έλυσαν τα χέρια!!!
The service from a particular employee was unacceptable. We almost did not complete the transfer of the car with an interested buyer who came the same day from Athens because of her. We must treat the citizen with respect, patience and understanding. KEP is not our thing.
We had an appointment at 14:00 but the check in the workshop was delayed and we went at 3. While there was no one to wait, he did not serve us, but mostly he did not speak to us politely at all !!
Fortunately, there are also KEP EVOSMOU with excellent service !!! They untied our hands !!!
