D	Dimitrios Papadopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απογοήτευση ! Το όνομα ΚΕΠ όντως ειρωνικό σαν σημασία για αυτό το κέντρο. Το επισκέφθηκα δυο φορές, πάντα με παταγώδη αποτυχία και χωρίς αποτέλεσμα. Μου ζήτησε την πρώτη φορά για το ΑΜΚΑ να πάω στο ΙΚΑ( γιατί?) και την δεύτερη φορά να πάω σε δικηγόρο για να μεταφράσω τα εμβόλια μου από αγγλικά σε ελληνικά. Ίσως να αδικώ όλους τότε άλλους υπάλληλους γιατί και τις δυο φορές είχα την ατυχία να έχω την ίδια υπάλληλο στο #10. Τελικά πήγα στο ΚΕΠ της άνω πόλης, στο τέλος της Αγίας Σοφίας και εξυπηρετήθηκα και τις 2 φορές χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα. Για αυτό 5 αστέρια στο ΚΕΠ της άνω πόλης Disappointment! The name KEP is really ironic as a meaning for this center. I visited it twice, always with utter failure and to no avail. He asked me the first time for AMKA to go to IKA (why?) And the second time to go to a lawyer to translate my vaccines from English to Greek. Maybe then I wrong all the other employees because both times I had the misfortune to have the same employee in # 10. Finally I went to the KEP of the upper city, at the end of Hagia Sophia and I was served both times without any problems. For this 5 stars in the KEP of the upper city
Ζ	Ζωή Σφαιροπούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ θλιβερή και αδιάφορη αντιμετώπιση από υπάλληλο που αντιπαθεί και βαριέται αφόρητα τη δουλειά της....Ενώ υπήρχαν ελάχιστοι πολίτες για εξυπηρέτηση η κυρία είχε ειρωνική συμπεριφορά γιατί τόλμησα να ζητήσω πιστοποιητικό οικογενειακής κατάστασης....Ισχυριζόμενη ότι δεν μπορεί να συνδεθεί, αντί με ελάχιστη, υποτυπώδη ευγένεια και επαγγελματική συναίσθηση να πει έστω "λυπάμαι , δεν μπορώ να σας εξυπηρετήσω " η απάντηση της ήταν να προσπαθήσει να μου κάνει επίπληξη "και εσείς τι το αφήσατε τελευταία στιγμή" ... Καταρχάς φυσικά σήμερα ήταν που το χρειάστηκα και φυσικά και δεν άφησα τίποτα γιατί απλά περίμενα ότι τα κέντρα εξυπηρέτησης πολιτών κάνουν αυτό .... εξυπηρετούν...Και ενώ μου είπε ότι δε μπορεί να το κάνει και με έστειλε στο δημαρχείο που γεννήθηκα με αγένεια...η εξαιρετικά ευγενική κυρία που ήταν στην πόρτα μου είπε "κρίμα , αλλά μπορείτε να έρθετε αργότερα (στο ίδιο ΚΕΠ ) για να γίνει η δουλειά σας... Δε κατάλαβα τι προσωπικες αντιπάθειες έχουν με τους πολίτες και τη δουλειά της η κυρία , αλλά όχι μόνο εξυπηρετική δεν ήταν αλλά ήταν απαράδεκτη!!!! Κριμα....ίσως τελικά γι'αυτό είχε μόνο 4 άτομα πολιτες μέσα, γιατί το ξέρουν ότι δεν εξυπηρετούν Very sad and indifferent treatment by an employee who dislikes and is unbearably bored with her job .... While there were few citizens to serve the lady had ironic behavior because I dared to ask for a certificate of marital status .... Claiming that she can not connect, instead of minimal, rudimentary courtesy and professional conscience to say even "I'm sorry, I can not serve you" her answer was to try to reprimand me "and what did you leave at the last minute" ... First of course today I needed it and of course I did not leave anything because I just expected that the citizen service centers do this .... they serve ... And while he told me he could not do it and he sent me to the town hall where I was born rudely ... the extremely kind lady who was at my door said "sorry, but you can come later (to the same KEP) to do your job ... I did not understand what personal dislikes the lady has with the citizens and her work, but not only was she not helpful but she was unacceptable !!!! Too bad .... maybe that's why he only had 4 citizens inside, because they know that they do not serve
A	Aggeliki Roubi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έπαιρνα τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσω τι δικαιολογητικά χρειάζονται για την περίπτωση μου. Δεν απάντησαν ποτέ. Πέρασα από εκεί να ρωτήσω,η κοπέλα στη είσοδο μου είπε (αφού ρώτησε μεσα)να περιμένω να με εξυπηρετησουν. Είχα πει ότι έχω μόνο την ταυτότητα μου. Περίμενα 1 ώρα και 40 λεπτά στο κρύο για να μου πουν μέσα ότι χρειάζεται και κάτι ακόμα. Για να μην ξαναταλαιπωρηθω μου είπε να κλείσω ηλεκτρονικό ραντεβού με τηλεδιάσκεψη. Έκλεισα για την επόμενη μέρα,ο υπάλληλος δεν μπήκε ποτέ στην τηλεδιάσκεψη. Έκλεισα ηλεκτρονικά ραντεβού για να πάω απευθείας σε υπάλληλο στο συγκεκριμένο υποκατάστημα. Πήγα. Η μία υπάλληλος με πέταξε στην άλλη διότι μιλούσε στο τηλέφωνο για κάτι προσωπικό της. Η άλλη με ειρωνευτικε, ενώ δεν ήταν δικης μου ευθύνης το θέμα που ειχα πάει να λυσω,με εξυπηρέτησε γρήγορα. Φεύγοντας και αφού την ευχαρίστησα τη ρώτησα αν χρειάζεται να κάνω κάτι άλλο από τη μεριά μου και μόνο που δε με έδειρε. I got on the phone to ask what documents are needed for my case. They never answered. I went from there to ask, the girl at the entrance told me (after asking inside) to wait for me to be served. I said I only have my ID. I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes in the cold to be told that I needed something more. In order not to bother again, he told me to make an online appointment by video conference. I booked for the next day, the clerk never entered the conference call. I made an online appointment to go directly to an employee at that branch. I went. One employee threw me at the other because she was talking on the phone about something personal. The other one mocked me, while it was not my responsibility to solve the issue, it served me quickly. Leaving and after I thanked her I asked her if I needed to do something else on my part and she just did not hit me.
P	Pepa Armos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΜΟΝΟ ΚΕΠ ΔΕΝ ΕΙΝΑΙ!!! Δυστυχώς χρειάστηκε να επισκεφτώ δύο φορές το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και τις δύο φορές, όμως, ήρθα αντιμέτωπη με απαράδεκτη, απαξιωτική και παντελώς αδικαιολόγητη συμπεριφορά δυο διαφορετικών υπαλλήλων. Συμπεριφορά πέρα και έξω από κάθε λογική! Την πρώτη φορά ήταν μέρα Σάββατο, πρωινή ώρα, και η ήμουν ο μοναδικός επισκέπτης. Αναφέρω το γεγονός γιατί καμιά φορά ο αυξημένος φόρτος εργασίας δημιουργεί εντάσεις και αλλοπρόσαλλές συμπεριφορές. Τη δεύτερη, υπήρχαν άλλοι δύο πολίτες στον χώρο. Με λύπη διαπίστωσα πως μόνο τυχαίο γεγονός δεν ήταν. Σηµειωτέον δε ότι ακόμα δεν έχω εξυπηρετηθεί για μια πολύ απλή υπόθεση γιατί απλώς κανένας εργαζόμενος δεν είχε τη διάθεση αλλά ούτε και το ΦΙΛΟΤΙΜΟ να πράξει το αυτονόητο-να διευκρινίσει ποια είναι ΟΛΑ τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά που απαιτείται να προσκομίσω- καθώς προηγήθηκαν άλλες τρείς επισκέψεις σε άλλο κατάστημα ΚΕΠ για τo ίδιο ζήτημα!!! ΕΠΕΤΑΙ ΣΥΝΕΧΕΙΑ!!!ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ!!!! ONLY KEP IS NOT !!! Unfortunately I had to visit this store twice and both times, however, I was faced with unacceptable, disparaging and completely unjustified behavior of two different employees. Behavior beyond and beyond all logic! The first time was Saturday morning, and I was the only visitor. I mention the fact that sometimes the increased workload creates tensions and strange behaviors. The second, there were two other citizens in the area. I realized with regret that it was not just a coincidence. It should be noted that I have not yet been served for a very simple case because simply no employee was in the mood, nor was FILOTIMO to take it for granted - to clarify all the necessary documents that I need to provide - as three other visits preceded KEP store for the same issue !!! IT'S CONTINUING !!! UNACCEPTABLE !!!!
