★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βάσει ποιας νομοθεσίας ή εγκυκλίου το ΚΕΠ εξυπηρετεί πολίτες από πλαϊνό παράθυρο και μάλιστα από ύψος 1,5 μέτρο και διατηρεί τα γραφεία κλειστά για τους φορολογούμενους πολίτες; Σε περίπτωση που δεν το γνωρίζει ο δήμαρχος η οι υπεύθυνοι των ΚΕΠ, έχει παρέλθει η Τουρκοκρατία. Αισχος να φέρεστε σε δημότες σαν τα σκυλιά
According to which legislation or circular does the KEP serve citizens from a side window and even from a height of 1.5 meters and keeps the offices closed for the taxpayers? In case the mayor or the people in charge of the KEP do not know, the Turkish occupation is over. Shame on you for treating citizens like dogs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Xειρότερο ΚΕΠ σε ολόκληρη την Θεσσαλονίκη, μη σας πω σε όλη την Βόρεια Ελλάδα. Ανάγωγοι υπάλληλοι με τουπέ τύπου εγώ τα ξέρω όλα και στην τελική δεν ξέρουν τίποτα. Εξυπηρέτηση μηδέν, σου βάζουν να κάνεις διπλές και τριπλές δουλειές που θα έπρεπε να κάνουν οι ίδιοι. Τηλεφωνικό κέντρο ανύπαρκτο. Απορώ γιατί λειτουργεί ακόμα και τους πληρώνουμε ενώ δεν προσφέρουν τίποτα!
Worst KEP in all of Thessaloniki, let me tell you in all of Northern Greece. Reducing employees with toupee type I know everything and in the end they know nothing. Zero service, they make you do double and triple work that they should do themselves. Call center non-existent. I wonder why it works and we pay them while they offer nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρέπει να γίνει κάτι με αυτό το Κ.Ε.Π. Οι άνθρωποι κάνουν ό,τι μπορούν αλλά αυτό δεν σημαίνει ότι είναι αρκετό. Λάθος πληροφορίες και καθυστερήσεις, μεγάλη ουρά και επιπλέον επιβάρυνση της κατάστασης λόγω πανδημίας. Η Καλαμαριά χρειάζεται και δεύτερο Κ.Ε.Π.
Something must be done with this K.E.P. People do what they can but that does not mean it is enough. Wrong information and delays, long queue and additional aggravation of the situation due to pandemic. Kalamaria needs a second K.E.P.
