Πήγα χωρίς να γνωρίζω ότι ήταν με ραντεβού, ζήτησα συγνώμη, όμως η υπάλληλος αρχισε να με χλευαζει και να επιτίθεται λεκτικά με απαράδεκτο τρόπο!!!!!! Ντροπή!!!!!!!!!! Unacceptable employee behavior !!!!! I went without knowing that she was on a date, I apologized, but the clerk started mocking me and verbally attacking me in an unacceptable way !!!!!! Shame!!!!!!!!!!

Πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική υπάλληλος, απαντάει με σαφήνεια και λεπτομερως ακόμα και σε πολύ βασικές ερωτήσεις. My experience is for telephone communication with this KEP. A very kind and helpful employee, he answers clearly and in detail even very basic questions.

Μια φορά ξεχάστηκε να σταλθεί φαξ στο Δήμο της περιοχής , επικοινώνησα τηλεφωνικά μαζί τους και τακτοποιήθηκε το ζήτημα. Σίγουρα πολύ καλύτερο από τα Κεπ της Θεσσαλονίκης Η αναμονή δεν είναι μεγάλη διαθέτουν μάλλον υπεράριθμο προσωπικό . I read in the comments about rude behaviors, to me personally it did not happen or I was lucky. Once they forgot to send a fax to the Municipality of the area, I contacted them by phone and the issue was settled. Definitely much better than the Kep of Thessaloniki The wait is not long they have rather overcrowded staff.
Ε	Ευαγγελία Τσιμπάκη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρέπει να σταματήσει ο διορισμός άκαμπτων, αγενών, κακότροπων γυναικών σε υπηρεσίες εξυπηρέτησης του κοινού. Έχουμε ξεπεράσει πια τα όριά μας!! Σήμερα 28/4 και ώρα 18:00 επισκέφτηκα το υποκατάστημα. Με όλη την ευγένεια ένας κύριος, υπάλληλος, προσπαθούσε να με βοηθήσει στο πρόβλημά μου όμως η κακοτράχαλη συνάδελφός του συνεχώς μας διέκοπτε και με περισσή αγένεια και απαξίωση στην ουσία με έδιωξε!! Κακώς δεν ζήτησα το όνομά της. Μετανιώνω που πήγα και που δεν ζήτησα το όνομά της. Ντροπή!! The appointment of rigid, rude, mischievous women to public services must stop. We have now exceeded our limits !! Today 28/4 at 18:00 I visited the branch. With all courtesy, a gentleman, an employee, was trying to help me in my problem, but his rude colleague was constantly interrupting us and with more rudeness and disrespect, in fact, he fired me !!
