★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rent a car from Heraklion Crete from Citycar Car Rental Heraklion company . Everything is done in a professional manner. The car was in good condition with my expectations nothing dislike from the renting and i was very satisfied from the service. As the car was prehired it took about 10 minutes to complete the paperwork. There were 9 cars to choose from. All were clean. In Heraklion City we had a tire problem and so took the car to the rental agency. We were hoping the tire would be replaced. However, without the slightest hassle we were given another car. Returning to Heraklion Ariport 2 weeks later we simply drove the car into the rental depot. A customer serviceman had all our details on a small machine and it was the same price as we were told at the start. Everything was just so easy.

Showed me where all the controls were in the car, gave advice on speed limits, and not to ask for petrol as that sounds like the Greek word for diesel. If I'm ever in Crete again, I would absolutely rent another vehicle from them.

Booked and agreed everything via email a few months before, paid all on arrival on the spot. Full and precise service, very kind and friendly staff. Car clean and in good condition. Great price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best car rental company in Crete. Very friendly, simple and honest. No need to fill out thousand of forms and no one tries to sell you an extra insurance. Cheap prices. Do not expect to get a premium car, but be advised that you also do not want this on the stony streets of Crete :)
