G	Giannis Petridis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωραίο μικρό κατάστημα επισκευής και πώλησης υπολογιστών. Δεν έχουν μεγάλη ποικιλία προϊόντων για αγορά, αλλά θα βρείτε τουλάχιστον τα βασικά. Η εξυπηρέτηση είναι κορυφαία, φιλική διάθεση, κουβεντούλα και επαγγελματικό αποτέλεσμα. Nice small computer repair and sale shop. They do not have a wide variety of products to buy, but you will find at least the basics. The service is top notch, friendly mood, small talk and professional result.

M	Meletis Theofilou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 19 Σεπτεμβρίου 2018, έφερα το ελαττωματικό laptop μου στο μικρό αλλά προσεκτικό κατάστημα της CiTYNET γνωρίζοντας ότι ο φορτιστής του υπολογιστή μου λειτουργούσε, αλλά ότι ο φορητός υπολογιστής δεν θα ανάψει. Ο Δημήτρης και ο Τάσος, που τρέχουν το κατάστημα, πήραν το φορητό υπολογιστή μου και διαπίστωσαν οτι το πρόβλημα ήταν οτι δεν έσβηνε. Διόρθωσαν το πρόβλημα σε λιγότερο από 10 λεπτά. Όταν ζήτησα το κόστος, ο Τάσος μου είπε ότι αν μπορούν να διορθώσουν ένα πρόβλημα σε τόσο σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα (και δεν απαιτούνται νέα μέρη), δεν χρεώνουν. Μου έδωσαν πίσω το φορητό υπολογιστή μου χωρίς κόστος καθόλου. Πέρα απο αυτό, πραγματικά ένιωσα οτι μου δόθηκε η προσωπική προσοχή που πλέον σπανίζει στην εποχή μας. Αυτή η εμπειρία καλοσύνης ήταν οτι καλύτερο σε μια δύσκολη περίοδο όπου την περασμένη εβδομάδα είχα απολυθεί από τη δουλειά μου και είχα και άλλα προσωπικά προβλήματα. On September 19, 2018, I brought my defective laptop to the small but careful CiTYNET store knowing that my computer charger was working, but that the laptop would not turn on. Dimitris and Tasos, who run the store, took my laptop and found that the problem was that it did not turn off. They fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. When I asked for the cost, Tassos told me that if they can fix a problem in such a short time (and no new parts are required), they do not charge. They gave me back my laptop at no cost at all. Apart from that, I really felt that I was given the personal attention that is now rare in our time. This experience of kindness was the best in a difficult period where last week I was fired from my job and had other personal problems. S	Stamatis Petsas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από πολύ κόπο και ψάξιμο,, εν μέσω πανδημίας, με μηδέν αποτέλεσμα, βρέθηκε αυτό το κατάστημα με τους πολύ φιλικούς ιδιοκτήτες ( λίγο μακρυά βέβαια απο εκεί που μένω) να μου επισκευάσουν αυθημερόν τον φορητό μου υπολογιστή που χρησιμοποιώ τόσο εγώ για τηλεργασία όσο και τα παιδιά μου για το σχολείο. Την κριτική την γράφω γιατί ευτυχώς σε αυτές τις δύσκολες στιγμές που περνάμε υπάρχουν κάποιες εξαιρέσεις στους επαγγελματίες που κοιτάνε να βγάλουν κέρδος ή να σε εξυπηρετήσουν με μεγάλη καθυστέρηση..... After a lot of effort and searching, in the middle of a pandemic, with zero result, this store was found with the very friendly owners (a little far from where I live, of course) repairing my laptop the same day that I use for both telework and my kids for school. I am writing this review because fortunately in these difficult times we are going through there are some exceptions in the professionals who are looking to make a profit or to serve you with a long delay .....
Φ	ΦΩΤΕΙΝΗ ΜΠΟΥΛΤΣΙ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενημερωμένο κατάστημα πώλησης και επισκευής υπολογιστών. Είναι πολύ σημαντικό η προσοχή που δίνουν στον πελάτη και η άμεση εξυπηρέτηση. Έχει τύχει να πάω κάποιο μηχάνημα για επισκευή και (αν δεν έχουν κάτι άλλο εκείνη την ώρα στον πάγκο) να μου το φτιάξουν σε 2 λεπτά και μάλιστα χωρίς κόστος. Επίσης τώρα και εν μέσω covid μου είχαν δώσει αρκετή βοήθεια με απομακρυσμένη υποστήριξη. Updated computer sales and repair shop. It is very important that they pay attention to the customer and prompt service. I have the good fortune to go to a machine for repair and (if they do not have something else on the counter at that time) they fix it for me in 2 minutes and at no cost. Also now and in the middle covid they had given me a lot of help with remote support.

They've been in the business for more than 20 years. You have a nice feeling of confidence when discussing tech issues with them. PS. I wish I remember the gentleman's name, but he was a lifesaver.
