I wish I could rate the shopping experience separately from home delivery! The former would get 5 stars without hesitation, however, the latter would hardly get 1, so I go for the average. It is a great store for shop - grab - and go; a very good selection of goods, good prices, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable personnel helping the customers to get the best fit for their needs. I have bought many things over the years, never had a problem, never got disappointed. I can but only recommend. On the other hand, my home delivery was a nightmare I wish never to repeat. On Thursday, the scheduled day, I got the SMS announcing the delivery, however, the day passed with no show, no call, no message; needless to say I was waiting all afternoon. On Friday, the SMS came again, this time with delivery between 9 am to 5:30 pm, yes, all day. The result was the same - no show; at least this time I got a phone call apologising they could not make it and scheduling for Saturday. Indeed, late afternoon, the delivery guy arrived. But - not all goods were delivered, the most awaited item, my new printer, was not included. I called the customer service asking to come on Monday morning since I would not be home in the afternoon. On Monday, I got again the SMS with scheduled delivery between 2pm and 5:30 pm. I called again asking to leave the printer at the neighbour's who kindly agreed to take it for me. I returned at 6:30 pm and learned nobody arrived. It was not until 8:30 pm when it was delivered. At last. Conclusion: Enjoy your shopping, never ask for home delivery, and you will be satisfied.

Unacceptable, bad customer experience. I went to pick up an over-the-phone order. I was given a shattered box, which when I politely complaint, I was told that this was the only one available, which it turned out it wasn't! All of the boxes of the product were badly damaged though. Although the manager tried to resolve the issue, the approach didn't make me feel as a valued customer. The ladies at the cashiers are not polite neither customer friendly.

I love this place! I have bought several electronic devices from there, but I visit more frequently to buy supplies for school such as textbooks and pens, as well as paints and brushes for my paintings due to the variety of them. Great prices at their own products, and a helpful staff! Very very good.

Plaisio has come a long way since the time it was a small shop in the center of Athens. Now it has a full sellection of computer peripherals, mobile devices as weall as multimedia. Very knowledgeable staff eager to help. Just avoid holidays, it usually gets pretty crazy from all the people

Sometimes I wonder whether you guys are sleeping or you are seriously incompetent

No no no. I have banned it years ago after a WiFi adaptor that I wanted. My sister though bought a charger that it was damaged. They do not cover it and blame us that we damaged it. After a short "discussion" they give us a new one with 75% discount. Now my sister ban it too. Just don't buy from any Πλαίσιο

I haven't visited the other shops in the chain much, so I cannot make an informed comparison, but the staff in this one is brilliant. Everyone is very polite (even the technicians, whom I witnessed interacting with elderly customers who did not understand the technological restraints of their devices with admirable patience and kindness), quick to respond and give you solutions and knowledgeable. Other than that, the shop offers a great variety of hi-tech products such as computers, laptops, printers, mobile phones and their accessories, etc., as well as stationery, arts & crafts materials, gifts and many many other things. Definitely worth a visit - you'll be served quickly, too.
