★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in a room that did not look like the photos except looked like the old bbq area they turned into a bedroom with the bathroom in the outdoors under the sun with a glass roof. Was not happy at all so asked to be moved as the room was not comfortable at all.
Got told to move to another hotel.
Very poor customer service when I had a group staying at the hotel.
Won’t be back that’s for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the perfect hotel for a summer break for couples. Great views of the central beach if you choose the seaview rooms. Good but limited breakfast, although it is free/included in the price. We also liked the service as the girls at the reception desk were very helpfull providing any information we needed. Would be happy to come back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely lovely location, with a summer ambience, comfortable seating, pleasant music. Very good food and friendly staff. The interior has classic decoration. You can spend hours there relaxing and overlooking the sea.

After the meal we got a free desert and free ouzo's. Totally awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing vintage room(1couple)! Two floor apartment with balcony to Rethimno port. Its is located directly to the center of the main city and nearby you can find absolutely everything.
Regarding the room it was amazing that it had hairdryer and many-many amenities.
I will definitely reccommend it!
Hope that they could provide us with more details about the area :)

Couldn’t fault it, the best meal we have had since being in Crete, the rocket & Parmesan salad, lamb and potatoes and vegetable Mousakka was amazing! Genuinely such incredible quality and such a nice setting and staff - please go here as you’ll fully understand when you try that salad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is perfect. We loved it! The staff was very helpful and they really helped us when we had to change the dates of our stay due to COVID. They changed the dates twice with no extra charge!!!
