S	Sascha Maas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how I feel about this location really, breakfast was ok, although you have to wear plastic gloves because of covid-19, staff in the restaurant was nice, hotel was almost empty, times for dinner was until 17:30, we never dined there. Rooms were okay, but water was not refilled, private transfer from the hotel was a rip off, usually you pay 30-35€ from the airport, their transfer included commission from the hotel and was therefore 50€, even if they call you taxi you have to pay commission to the hotel for the call, driver drives wrong routes with the car and did not use the taximeter at all. When you arrive at your destination which is almost a kilometer away you are charged 5€ instead 2€. So we insisted of only paying the price for the ride and not the commission for the hotel, suddenly the driver did not want the money and drop us without charging.

We booked it because the pool which they have closed off without letting us know in advance (we talked to them one day before coming). Also the put a football team with young kids on our floor, the sound travels from the hallway under the doors so it's like sharing rooms with 10 boys. I am regretting this booking very much. If you are considering booking all yourself if you mind surprises, if you don't it's in a nice neighborhood and I'm sure there are better rooms then ours. Ask when you book!

In the morning you can hear people closing doors and walking in the corridors, not really nice considering that is near a business area and people starts to check out really early.

Most staff they don’t know haw to speak English, even the very simple words. I call the hotel that I need some water from mini bar. But they told me because the weather they can not give to me. It’s after 3 days for snow. The car is going everywhere on the road. They don’t give me the water because the staff is very very lazy.

The smoking, it is suppossed to be smoke free, but the management was smoking inside alot! and it smelled like cigarettes in our second floor room. We have been here just two days now and that has me stuffed up. Considering moving to another room. The pool is nice, they just need to figure out about all the ants, crazy amount, around the pool. The breakfast and restraunt could use a little more options on the menu, overall pretty good and friendly staff. The rooms overall are nice and clean and a plus is the mini bar, nice large balcony to lounge and quite. I also feel the security was pretty good to. The staff overall very nice, courteous and friendly.
