★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. Amazing location in the best neighborhood in Athens (right next to the prime ministers house actually so there are many cops around). The best view of lycabettes hill you can imagine, you're basically right next to the summit. Beautiful roof with pool and comfortable lounge chairs. Walkable to the heart of Kolonaki and everything else. 24/7 pantry stocked with everything you need. Big modern suite rooms with couches and high end bathroom. Very friendly staff. The owner Dimitris is a very cool guy who knows everything about the city and is very helpful in making reservations and everything. Also incredible breakfast!! For the price hard to believe there's a better option in Athens.

Although the staff was nice, we were utterly disappointed with the misleading information shared on the booking: no view of the acropolis - neither from the room nor from the rooftop terrace. Moreover, we asked the hotel to book taxis for us to travel across the city, and they suggested a very high price - almost double what you would expect from a regular cab company in Athens. After asking them for more details on why the price the taxi company gave them was so high, they confirmed that they had a deal with this company. This is not the service you would expect from a high standard hotel, and we really felt scammed. Morality: for this price, would recommend other hotels with better view; and if you still decide to book in there, do not ask them to order taxis for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very polite staff, always available, private atmosphere. Rooms are very clean, spacious and brand new. Everything in the room controlled remotely. Very safe and quiet neighborhood, everything you would want from a small boutique hotel! 2min walk to center of Kolonaki and 5' walk to metro. Will definitely stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Athens with two teenagers. Looked for a slik hotel with large rooms and a kitchenette.
The location was fantastic for us (if you don't mind the climb at the end of the day or a 4 Euro taxi from almost anywhere), relaxing with the view and chill after long days.
Mornings started by walking down through various coffee shops and restaurants that gave the neighbourhood the right vibe.
Close by the supermarket.
The pool on the rooftop was super! Great vibes, music and cold drinks.
Breakfast was great, good to start the day, rooms were cleaned daily and let's not forget a tremendous and surprising gym and sauna for those with energy at the end of the day.
And the best is yet to come. Super excellent staff, from Stefanos the General Manager, who had an eye for every small detail (saw me at the end of the day after being marched all around with the boys) and popped me a cold beer without asking.
Eva was at the front desk, but actually everywhere, very tentative to every question or request I had and George my late-night superhero took care of all of our needs.
Team, you were amazing and I look forward to visiting you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price, it's amazing. Breakfast is great: a continental spread, also with bacon, egg and sausage. Pool is beautiful, lovely views of the city (and a view of the Acropolis if you poke around the corner). Next to a hill with a beautiful monastery on top, definitely worth the 15-20 min walk to the top.
