O	Oscar Junquera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is not bad, but there is nothing to highlight. Positive: People at the reception were very kind and nice. Rooms were clean and warm. Breakfast is good and I had a sandwich club at the room service and it was ok Negative: Hot water doesn't work very well, I asked for the shirts folder and they came in a hanger (not a big drama), poor minibar for food (a chocolate or something like that)

K	Kasey Reinhardt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an older building, but it’s clear that lots of attention and effort has gone into making it great - the rooms are clean and have high-quality sound-proof windows which keep the room quiet despite the big noisy road below. The restaurant and dining terrace are lovely, as well as the garden and landscaping. The staff are all wonderfully helpful and friendly. The location is convenient to a big nice shopping mall (and a smaller one too), but otherwise it’s a location that best serves folks who are on business in the area or have a car. There were quite a few dead roaches in the stairwell which stayed there both days of our visit…but honestly these things happen and it did not impact our stay. There was nothing in our minibar as we were expecting from the reviews we read. The price is a bit high. The included breakfast was good. We will be back in Athens again at some point and will certainly consider staying at Civitel Olympic again if we can get a room for a lower rate.
R	Renel Dobre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Revamped hotel , amenities are bit worn out. Staff polite and helpful. Very good breakfast On winter time rooms are very warm, cooling by opening window is not an option( very noisy road near) Overall good value for money.
S	Sks 18 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the room is very specious and front desk was friendly, the quality of the room service is not. Upon arrival the room was very warm, and there was no option to turn the AC on. We called the front desk to assists us with the issue and we were told to open the window to let the breeze come in. The problem with this is, is that the hotel is next to a very busy highway and the noise from the traffic was unbearable. After traveling for 18 hours to to arrive in Greece, we were left sleep deprived and still tired due to not been able to sleep due the high noise. In our all travels, not even at the cheapest motel we had this type of problem.The fact that a hotel does not have an individual running AC for the room, a coffee machine or any other basic amenities which we paid 123 euros for, is completely unacceptable and scamming.
