★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic apartments. Quite new. Very Clean. Excellent friendly staff. Not anything bad to say about it. Location more suited to business travellers as located in suburbia around 7km from town - but that makes it better for some. Will definitely use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 1 night and I can say that is a good option for short term stay. The rooms are comfortable and cozy and the shower is not that bad. On the other hand you can tell that the hotel is a bit old and there is a nasty smell of it. The breakfast is adequate but tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are well kept and clean. The people who work at the hotel are both as nice and as helpful as you could hope for. My wife had emergency surgery in the nearby hospital. The staff was absolutely great to her. The breakfast included with room is also very good. I stayed a bit over two weeks and felt quite at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very different experience than the "island welcoming and good nature".
The rooms are a bit run and the walls are not very clean.
Also, the walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors easily.
In terms of the staff, in one full week I stayed there, I don't think I've seen one singe smile. On the contrary. They are quite agressive and on the edge.
The breakfast is nothing compared to what I have experienced on the island even though the price is even higher. It basically consists of some warmed up pastries and concentrated orange juice. I gave up on the breakfast after a few mornings and got myself a proper one from a nearby place.
The place was also surprisingly expensive actually and for a neighborhood with several office buildings, there aren't many hotel options within walking distance, hence the price tags.
My advice...get something further away but better and cheaper and commute using uber. It will be cheaper in the end and the breakfast will definitely be an upgrade. Keep in mind that this neighborhood doesn't have a subway station nor a decent bus network so taxi/uber are your only options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a brilliant place to stay. It is in a quiet suburb yet very close to a main road to the centre of Athens. The apartments are spacious, mostly with balconies, and the staff are excellent. Being slightly crazy, we often drive to Athens from the UK and so it is always useful to be able to stay a little bit outside the city centre and get free street parking, and have reasonable confidence that the car will still be there in the morning. We have not been there for a while due to covid restrictions but will have no hesitation in booking in the future.
