ΑΣΧΕΤΟΙ & ΕΠΙΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΙ… Στις 25/05 ήρθε στο κατάστημά μας συνεργείο της εταιρείας climasolutions για συντήρηση κλιματιστικού (καθαρισμός φίλτρων και απολύμανση). Μετά την ολοκλήρωση του καθαρισμού και με το κλιματιστικό να λειτουργεί κανονικά έως τότε (ψύξη και θέρμανση) ο τεχνικός μας ενημέρωσε πως το μοτέρ της εξωτερικής μονάδας δεν γύριζε και θα έπρεπε να ελεγχθεί. Παρά το γεγονός ότι δεν είχαμε κανένα πρόβλημα με τη λειτουργία του πριν τον καθαρισμό, δεχτήκαμε και μας αφαίρεσε τις πλακέτες για έλεγχο. Το συνεργείο επέστρεψε σήμερα Παρασκευή 03/06 - εννιά ημέρες δηλαδή μετά - και με τα προϊόντα μας εντός καταστήματος να απειλούνται με αλλοίωση λόγω ζέστης καθώς πρόκειται για καλλυντικά και σαπούνια!!! Η πλακέτα τοποθετήθηκε, το συνεργείο μας διαβεβαίωσε πως μας αποδίδει το κλιματιστικό στην κατάσταση που το παρέλαβε, ΟΜΩΣ πλέον λειτουργεί σαν ανεμιστήρας και είμαστε αναγκασμένοι να προχωρήσουμε σε αγορά νέου μηχανήματος και με τον κίνδυνο να καταστραφεί το εμπόρευμα μας. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ, πρόκειται για άσχετους και επικίνδυνους… Αν δε βρεθεί λύση, την υπόθεση θα αναλάβει ο νομικός μας σύμβουλος. WE WERE DESTROYED AIR CONDITIONING !!! IMPORTANT & DANGEROUS… On 25/05 a workshop of the company climasolutions came to our store for air conditioner maintenance (cleaning filters and disinfection). After the completion of the cleaning and with the air conditioner operating normally until then (cooling and heating) the technician informed us that the motor of the outdoor unit was not turning and should be checked. Although we had no problem with its operation before cleaning, we accepted and it removed the boards for inspection. The workshop returned today Friday 03/06 - nine days later - and with our products in the store being threatened with deterioration due to heat as they are cosmetics and soaps !!! The board was installed, the workshop assured us that the air conditioner returns to the condition in which it was received, BUT it now works as a fan and we are forced to buy a new machine and at the risk of destroying our goods. AWAY, these are irrelevant and dangerous… If no solution is found, the case will be taken over by our legal advisor.
n	nana kolisiati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήραμε προσφορά το καλοκαίρι για 3 κλιματιστικά κι αμέσως μόλις ήταν διαθεσιμα έγινε η εγκατάσταση. Λίγους μήνες αργότερα χρειαστήκαμε ένα service λόγω δικού μας λάθους κ οι άνθρωποι ηρθαν αμέσως. Ευγενέστατοι κ η εξυπηρέτηση άψογη! Μακαρι όλοι οι τεχνικοί να ειχαν τον Επαγγελματισμό σας! We received an offer in the summer for 3 air conditioners and as soon as they were available the installation took place. A few months later we needed a service due to our own mistake and people came immediately. Gentle and the service is impeccable! I wish all the technicians had your Professionalism!
v	vageliw Liaskou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλέσαμε τους συγκεκριμένους για επιδιόρθωση του κλιματιστικού μας. Ήρθαν αμέσως, δεν μπορώ να πω, αλλά ενώ περιμέναμε 3 μέρες για να μας δώσουν προσφορά για αλλαγή πλακετας (που δεν ήξεραν ποια πλακέτα από τις 2 είναι καμμένη) τους πήρα τηλέφωνο και ο τεχνικός δεν είχε ενημερώσει τον υπεύθυνο και θα με ειδοποιούσε εκείνος άμεσα. Πέρασαν ακόμα 2 μέρες εν μέσω χειμώνα (με την εξωτερική θερμοκρασία να είναι αρκετά χαμηλή, με τι σπίτι να μην έχει άλλη θέρμανση και με ένα μωρό) και ενώ τους έψαχνα πόσες ώρες, η απάντηση ήταν πως η αντιπροσωπεία τους ενημέρωσε ότι υπάρχει έλλειψη! Και αν θέλω να εξυπηρετήσω γρήγορα να επικοινωνήσω ΕΓΩ με την αντιπροσωπεία! Που αργότερα αφού πήρα τηλέφωνο στην αντιπροσωπεία, με διαβεβαίωσαν πως δεν υπάρχει ποτέ έλλειψη και πως δεν θα μπορούσε να καταλάβει το πρόβλημα του κλιματιστικού έτσι όπως το χειρίστηκε ο "τεχνικός". Τελικά ευτυχώς μου τι έφτιαξαν από τη αντιπροσωπεία. Τα 30€ βέβαια αυτοί τα πήραν. Προσοχή σε όλους!! We called them to repair our air conditioner. They came immediately, I can not say, but while we waited 3 days to give us an offer to change the board (who did not know which board of the 2 is burned) I called them and the technician had not informed the person in charge and he would have notified me immediately . Another 2 days passed in the middle of winter (with the outside temperature being quite low, with what house not having another heating and with a baby) and while I was looking for them for many hours, the answer was that the delegation informed them that there was a shortage! And if I want to serve quickly, I should contact the delegation! Later, after I called the dealership, they assured me that there was never a shortage and that he could not understand the problem of the air conditioner as handled by the "technician". Finally, fortunately for me, what they did from the delegation. Of course, they got the 30 €. Attention to all !!
