★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr netter Gastgeber der viel Wert auf Sauberkeit legt. Beim ankommen ist man gleich gut versorgt, den Wasser und ein Schoppen Wein sind hier gleich inklusive. Schöne Stände und gute Restaurants sind nicht weit entfernt. Etwas ruhige Lage dadurch der Wein noch besser schmeckt. Aufjedenfall weiterzuempfehlen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place to say the least to everyone. John and Margarita are unique people. Kindness, friendliness and above all cleanliness of the place are the first things you can see coming here. The location is magnificent from a natural point of view. you will find it but all the rest, including the economic convenience will be here with you along with the desire to return next year. I am 19 years that I come here with the family. I chose this place because my son was 3 years old; I needed tranquility and certainty. Now my son is 21 years old and he has difficulty separating himself despite the alternatives because of his age. Thanks Fragoiannis family for taking part of our life.???♥️♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very pleasant stay there it's a bit far from Zakynthos but it's very calm and quiet. The apartments have great view the owner is very polite and they offer some local treats as well. The room is spacious and has 'the things that you need' (small cabinet, shower,small kitchen, tables with chairs, balcony). They change the bedsheets every two days and the room was very clean. It's a great value for money choice if you have a car i am most pleased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Yannis and Margaritas hospitality was incredible. The local olive oil and fruit in our studio when we checked in was a beautiful touch. They made us feel like really welcome and took fantastic care of us - offering local knowledge and nothing was ever too much of a hassle for them.
The studios are located in the perfect quiet part of the island, ideal if you are looking for relaxing place. A shop and a couple of really good restaurants are within 10 minutes walk and if you have a car we recommend a trip to a beautiful village Volimes where you can experience beautiful sunsets and authentic Zakinthos.
Extremely clean and felt like home, with a balcony offering beautiful view over the sea and olive trees.
The beach with crystal clear water is only 3 minutes walk and no big hotels around mean you will likely have it to yourself.
No better place to stay in Zakyntos !!!
