S	Stella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η αξιολόγηση αφορά σε νοσηλεία στην παθολογική κλινική. Η συμπεριφορά μέχρι να γίνει εισαγωγή εξαιρετική και γεμάτη υποσχέσεις! Ξεγελαστηκαμε απο τις σύγχρονες υποδομές και πιστέψαμε ότι οι υπηρεσίες θα είναι ανάλογες του κόστους!!! Κάθε άλλο...τα πάντα ανεπαρκή και μέτρια! Νοσηλεία, φαγητό, ...ανθρώπινη φροντίδα ανύπαρκτη. Εαν χρειαστεί, ενημερωθείτε πριν το αποφασίσετε! Σχόλιο στην απάντηση του κυλικείου: Η αξιολόγηση εγινε στην κλινική. Κυλικείο δεν λειτουργούσε τη συγκεκριμένη χρονική περίοδο. Εαν το κυλικείο "κληρονομησε" την ιστοσελίδα δεν σημαίνει οτι ακυρώνονται οι κριτικές για την κλινική! Είναι τουλάχιστον αστείο να δίνονται απαντήσεις με την παρατήρηση οτι δεν γίνεται καμία αναφορά σε κατι που δεν υπήρχε όταν έγινε η αξιολόγηση! Ειλικρινά δεν καταλαβαίνω τη σκοπιμότητα. Ίσως θα έπρεπε να αποκαταστήσετε αυτην την αστοχία! Ευχαριστώ! The evaluation concerns hospitalization in the pathological clinic. The behavior until the introduction is excellent and full of promises! We were fooled by the modern infrastructure and we believed that the services would be commensurate with the cost !!! Everything else ... everything is insufficient and mediocre! Hospitalization, food, ... non-existent human care. If necessary, find out before you decide! Comment on the canteen response: The evaluation was done at the clinic. Canteen did not operate at that time. If the canteen "inherited" the website does not mean that the reviews for the clinic are canceled! It is at least funny to give answers with the observation that no reference is made to something that did not exist when the evaluation was done! I honestly do not understand the expediency. Maybe you should fix this failure! Thanks!
D	Dimitra Mp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλησπέρα.το 1 αστεράκι μόνο για να μπορέσω να γράψω κριτική.εχω ζήσει την Κλινική σαν Πολυκλινική και ναι υπήρχαν υποδομές,εργαζόμενοι σωστοί, επιστημονικό προσωπικό,περιποίηση,καθαριότητα,εξοπλισμός και ο,τι μπορούσε να ζητήσει κάποιος όταν έπρεπε να νοσηλευτεί ή να εμπιστευτεί δικό του άνθρωπο για νοσηλεία ανάρρωση.δυστυχως την έζησα και σαν Κλινική Λαμίας και δεν υπήρχε καρέκλα για τον συνοδό ή επισκέπτη.δεν θα αναφέρω ανύπαρκτη ευαισθησία επιστημονικού ή νοσηλευτικού προσωπικού, ανύπαρκτου φαγητού, ανύπαρκτο προσωπικό για σωστή πληροφόρηση,ανύπαρκτες κτιριακές εγκαταστάσεις ...!! Θα αναφέρω μόνο το δέσιμο με σχοινιά ανήμπορου ασθενούς που "δεν συνεργαζόταν" για να μην ενοχλεί!!! Κανονικοτατη καταγγελία τους πρέπει κι όχι αξιολογήσεις.ευχαριστω. Επειδή ΔΕΝ μου δίνεται η δυνατότητα ν΄απαντήσω στην Ομάδα Κυλικείου της Κλινικής , αφήνω αυτό εδώ :τότε που έγινε η κρτική ΔΕΝ αναφέρεστε ΠΟΥΘΕΝΑ , κι από άλλα σχόλια απ΄όσο ειδα , γιατί απλά ΔΕΝ ΥΠΗΡΧΑΤΕ !!!! επίσης αφού δεν υπήρχατε ας μην σχολιάζετε ΑΣΧΕΤΑ μ΄εσάς θέματα , τώρα που άλλαξε η ιδιοκτησία του ιστότοπου !! I have lived the Clinic as a Polyclinic and yes there was infrastructure, proper staff, scientific staff, care, cleanliness, equipment and everything one could ask for when one had to be hospitalized or trusted his own man for recovery hospitalization. unfortunately I lived it as a Lamia Clinic and there was no chair for the attendant or visitor. I will not mention non-existent sensitivity of scientific or nursing staff, non-existent food, non-existent staff for correct information, non-existent facilities ... ! I will only mention the tying with ropes of a helpless patient who "did not cooperate" so as not to bother !!! They need a very normal complaint and not evaluations. Thank you. Because I am NOT given the opportunity to respond to the Canteen Team of the Clinic, I leave this here: when the criticism was made you do NOT mention ANYWHERE, and from other comments from what I saw, because you simply did NOT EXIST !!!! also since you did not exist let us not comment IRRELEVANT issues, now that the ownership of the site has changed !!
