M	Maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μια λέξη που χαρακτηρίζει αυτή την επιχείρηση, ο θεός να την κάνει είναι: ΑNTIEΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΣΜΟΣ !!!! Τα ρούχα που διαφημίζουν στο site δεν έχουν ΚΑΜΙΑ σχέση με αυτά που σου στέλνουν. Μετάνιωσα που έκανα την παραγγελία. Έκανα μια παραγγελία μέσα Μαρτίου και έκανε για να έρθει 3 βδομάδες μέσα στην ίδια πολη. Απο την Κίνα να ερχόταν θα ειχε φτασει νωριτερα. Αλλα μαλλον απο εκει ερχόταν γιατί το ρουχο ηταν απλά ΑΘΛΙΟ. Τα πανια που χρησιμοποιω για ξεσκονισμα στο σπίτι μου εχουν καλυτερη ποιότητα. Επικοινώνησα με το το κατάστημα και με αντιμετώπισαν με αγενέστατο τρόπο. Τους είπα οτι θέλω να κάνω αλλαγή και μου είπαν να διαλεξω κατι και θα έρθει η courier να παραλαβει το παλίο και να μου φέρει την καινουργια παραγγελία. ΔΕΝ ΕΓΙΝΕ ΠΟΤΕ ΑΥΤΟ. Τους έστελνα μηνυματα τα οποια δεν τα διαβαζαν ποτέ και όταν τελικά επικοινωνησα εγώ με το courier μου είπαν οτι δεν εχουν ενημερωθει για καμια αλλαγή γιατι θα την ειχα ήδη κάνει.ΜΕ ΚΟΡΟΙΔΕΥΑΝ ΚΑΝΟΝΙΚΟΤΑΤΑ.!!!!!!!! Εχουν περάσει 2 μήνες και δεν εχω παραλάβει ΑΠΟΛΥΤΩΣ τιποτα. Τους έκανα καταγγελία στον συνηγορο του καταναλωτη και τους έπρηξα στα τήλεφωνα και μόνο έτσι καταφερα και πήρα τα χρηματα μου πίσω. Ειναι απαράδεκτοι και ο ιδιοκτήτης/τρια του καταστήματος και το προσωπικο του. One word that characterizes this business, god forbid it is: ANTI-PROFESSIONALISM !!!! The clothes they advertise on the site have NOTHING to do with the ones they send you. I regretted placing the order. I placed an order in March and it took me 3 weeks to come to the same city. Had he come from China he would have arrived earlier. But it probably came from there because the clothes were just WORSE. The cloths I use for dusting in my house are of better quality. I contacted the store and they treated me in a very rude way. I told them that I want to make a change and they told me to choose something and the courier will come to pick up the old one and bring me the new order. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. I sent them messages which they never read and when I finally contacted the courier they told me that they have not been informed of any change because I would have already done it. 2 months have passed and I have received ABSOLUTELY nothing. I complained to the ombudsman and burned them on the phones and only then I managed to get my money back. The owner of the store and his staff are also unacceptable.

Μπήκα από απορία να διαβάσω άλλα σχόλια και είδα το ίδιο μοτίβο... λυπάμαι γιατί κάποιοι δεν ξέρουν πως να δουλέψουν τα μαγαζιά τους. Obviously I did not receive the order ... but the worst is the joke and the lie .. I came in with a question to read other comments and saw the same pattern ... Φυσικά και δεν έρχεται ποτέ γιατί τα ρούχα δεν τα έχουν διαθέσιμα .. Περιμένεις κανένα μήνα σου λένε διάφορες δικαιολογίες κ όταν τους ζητάς τα χρήματα πίσω δεν τα βάζουν ποτε.. They are unacceptable !!! They also want to have a shop .. You place your order, they say it will come in two working days .. Of course it never comes because the clothes are not available .. You wait for a month, they tell you various excuses and when you ask them for the money back they do not never put ..
D	Dana Pantsartzidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επιεικώς απαράδεκτοι!!! Μην παραγγείλετε ποτε! Η παραγγελία σας δεν θα έρθει ποτε και φυσικά θα σας κοροϊδεύουν με άλλη δικαιολογία κάθε φορά. Πρώτη φορά συναντάω τέτοια συμπεριφορά από δήθεν «επαγγελματίες». Εγω κατάφερα να πάρω πίσω τα χρήματα μου μετά από 1,5 μήνα και φυσικά αφού με φτάσαν σε σημείο να τους απειλήσω με καταγγελία Forgivingly unacceptable !!! Never order! Your order will never come and of course they will make fun of you with another excuse every time. This is the first time I have encountered such behavior from so-called "professionals". I managed to get my money back after 1.5 months and of course after they got me to the point of threatening them with a complaint
M	Matina Zioga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ούτε μισό αστέρι γι αυτό το κατάστημα. Έκανα παραγγελία και δεν ήρθε ποτέ. Ένα μήνα μετά έπρεπε να απειλησω με μήνυση για να πάρω τα χρήματα μου πίσω. Άκουσα 3 διαφορετικές δικαιολογίες. Ότι η παραγγελία στάλθηκε αλλά η μεταφορική έχασε το δέμα, εν τω μεταξύ δεν είχα αριθμό αποστολής κλπ. Δεν μου έδιναν. Μετά δεν απαντούσαν στα μηνύματα, ούτε και στο τηλ, με την αιτιολογία ότι είχε θέμα το δίκτυό τους. Όταν ζήτησα επιστροφή, μου είπαν ότι έβαλαν χρήματα αλλά ότι εχει θέμα η τράπεζα και δεν φαίνεται. Και είπαν να μου δώσουν δήθεν το καταθετηριο να πάω εγώ στην τράπεζα να το λύσω, σα να μην εργάζομαι τα πρωινά και δεν έχω άλλη δουλειά να ασχολούμαι με την τραγική τους εξαπάτηση. Ένα μήνα μετά αφού κάθε μέρα ημουν με νεύρα και στα τηλ πήρα τα χρήματα μου πίσω με απειλές και άσχημο κλίμακα. Κρίμα... Χάνεται κάθε ίχνος επαγγελματισμου και αξιοπιστίας Not even half a star for this store. I placed an order and it never came. A month later I had to threaten to sue to get my money back. I heard 3 different excuses. That the order was sent but the shipping lost the parcel, in the meantime I did not have a shipment number etc. They did not give it to me. Γράφω το σχόλιο για να σώσω οποιαδήποτε κοπέλα σκέφτεται να παραγγείλει να μην το κάνει δεν αξίζει η αναμονή και ο εκνευρισμός. From what I understand all the clients follow the same tactics. What you order never comes and they make fun of you every day in the messages. I am writing the comment to save any girl who thinks of ordering not to do it is not worth the wait and frustration.

Έπρεπε να τους "ζαλίζω" στα τηλέφωνα και τα μηνύματα , τα οποία δεν απαντούσαν κιόλας, για να καταφέρω να πάρω τα χρήματα μου πίσω μετά από 1μιση μήνα. Οι δικαιολογίες πολλές( κάτι φταίει στην μεταφορική, τώρα σε μερικές μέρες θα παραλάβετε, εμείς σας τα έχουμε στείλει), η καθυστέρηση μεγάλη και η αγανάκτηση μου ακόμη μεγαλύτερη. Πολύ αντιεπαγγελματικη συμπεριφορά. Επιεικώς Απαραδεκτοί! Ο χρόνος μου είναι πολύτιμος για να τον σπαταλάω σε εσάς επειδή δεν κάνετε σωστά την δουλειά σας. Πολύ απλά δεν θα σας ξανά προτιμήσω. Αλλάξτε δουλειά αν δεν σας αρέσει αυτό που κάνετε. I ordered in the summer and my order never came. I had to "stun" them on the phones and messages, which did not even answer, to be able to get my money back after a month and a half. There are many excuses (something is wrong with the transport, now in a few days you will receive it, we have sent them to you), the delay is long and my indignation is even greater. Very unprofessional behavior. Forgivingly Unacceptable! My time is wasted to waste it on you because you are not doing your job properly. I simply will not prefer you again. Change jobs if you do not like what you do.
