V	Vicky Tsoraklidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχοντας κάνει μαζί με την φίλη μου παραγγελία στο φετινό "bazaar", αφου μας ενημέρωσαν ότι καταχωρήθηκε η παραγγελία μας 21 λεπτά μετά το ανέβασμα της προσφοράς, έπειτα από 1 ημέρα μας είπαν ότι τελικά δεν υπάρχει απόθεμα και δεν προλάβαμε τα ρούχα αλλά να είμαστε υπομονετικες γιατί συνήθως τα επιστρέφουν , οπότε θα τα στείλουν σ'εμας έπειτα από κάποια επιστροφή. Όντως το ένα από τα δυο ρούχα κάποια κοπέλα το επέστρεψε και έπειτα στάλθηκε σ'εμας, με ένα καρτελάκι που έλεγε άλλη αρχική τιμή και άλλη τελική από αυτή που όντως πληρώσαμε. Η δικαιολογία τώρα ήταν ότι μάλλον θα μπερδεύτηκε με καρτελάκι από άλλο ρούχο. Κανένας επαγγελματισμος! Λυπάμαι ! T	Thats The Future on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ένα φόρεμα για την γυναίκα μου. Η εξυπηρέτηση που έλαβα πολύ άμεση και η κοπέλα με την οποία επικοινώνησα πολύ πρόθυμη για να βοηθήσει. Σίγουρα θα ξανά προτιμήσω την συγκεκριμένη εταιρία. I bought a dress for my wife. The service I received was very immediate and the girl I contacted was very willing to help. I will definitely prefer this company again.
K	Kat T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα ένα πουκάμισο στις 14 ιανουαρίου το οποίο φαινόταν διαθέσιμο στο site.Επικοινώνησαν στις 17 να μου πούνε ότι είχε γίνει λάθος πως δεν ήταν ενημερωμένο το site και είναι εξαντλημένο.Με ρώτησαν αν θέλω να δω κάτι άλλο και τους απάντησα πως από τη στιγμή που δεν το έχουν δεν ενδιαφέρομαι για άλλο προϊόν και ότι επιθυμώ επιστροφή χρημάτων.Η επιστροφή χρημάτων έγινε στις 4 φεβρουαρίου μετά από 2 mail και 1 τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία. Και σαν να μην έφταναν όλα αυτά διαπιστώνω ότι έχω επιβαρυνθεί και τα έξοδα της τράπεζας ενώ ήταν δικό τους λάθος εξαρχής και επιπλέον δεν μου έχουν επιστρέψει ούτε τα έξοδα για τα μεταφορικά ενώ τα είχα πληρώσει και δεν μου είχε αποσταλεί ποτέ το προϊόν. I ordered a shirt on January 14 which seemed to be available on the site. They contacted me on the 17th to tell me that it was a mistake that the site was not updated and it is exhausted. They asked me if I wanted to see something else and I answered that since I have no interest in another product and that I want a refund. The refund was made on February 4 after 2 mails and 1 phone call. And as if all this were not enough, I find that I have been charged the costs of the bank while it was their fault from the beginning and in addition they have not returned the costs for transport while I had paid and the product was never sent to me.
