Στέκονται δίπλα στον ασκούμενο φροντίζοντας την εκμάθηση της σωστής τεχνικής και την προοδευτική ενδυνάμωση και εξοικείωση με το άθλημα βοηθώντας ιδιαιτέρως τους αρχάριους Ο όμιλος προσφέρει προπονήσεις καθημερινά πρωί-απόγευμα το οποίο αποτελεί μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα για ανθρώπους οι οποίοι εργάζονται ή σπουδάζουν να επιλέξουν τα ωράρια που βολεύουν καλύτερα. Κι εννοείται η εμπειρία της κωπηλασίας είναι απολαυστική και μοναδική!
 Excellent club. The training team is doing a great job in workouts indoors and in water. They stand beside the practitioner caring learning the proper technique and the progressive empowerment and familiarity with the sport helping especially beginners The group offers training sessions daily morning and afternoon which is a great advantage for people who work or study to choose the hours that suit better . And he understood the experience of rowing is fun and unique!

Nikos and the other coaches has managed to create a club that helps you get in great fitness, with trainings in the sea as well as indoor rowing. Furthermore while rowing you can enjoy the best view of the city. I defently recommend you to visit the club and make one trainning session to check whether this sport is for you, I can assure you that you won't want to stop!
