A	Amina Altaf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience. For someone looking to pay a premium for mattresses, I highly recommend not going with them. Had a terrible experience post sales. Delivery delayed by weeks, no communication and then expected delivery never showed up. We were asked to follow up w the carrier who didn't pick up the phone or coordinate delivery. A brand as big as them, it's sad to see this level of unprofessionalism.

It was my first week in a new job as a Social Media Marketing consultant and I was meeting with one of their marketing managers. I was a bit early and so had time to walk around the show room which was perfectly arranged with hardwood floors (I love hardwood floors). I was offered a cup of tea which instead of being hounded by sales floor people and although some of the prices seemed a bit steep I found the setting very comfortable. Plenty of parking, friendly staff and a small horse farm to showcase/highlight the source of the companies inspiration: Horse hair. That's right, Coco-mat boast organic materials but their core product was a mattress based on horse hair and other materials. So just in case I forgot that, the stable reminded me. A unique experience for a furniture shop.

In addition unprofessional communication during the whole process. We expected a better treatment buying a $12000 bed.
