M	Miss Tart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα της Δελφών την Πέμπτη 12 Σεπτεμβρίου 2019 το πρωί. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό, όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα όπως και οι τουαλέτες. Μπράβο και στις 2 κοπέλες που ήταν εκεί. Στα συν του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος είναι ότι έχει μόνο 2 σταντ ώστε να μην καλύπτει μεγάλο μέρος του πεζοδρομίου, επιτρέποντας έτσι την πρόσβαση αμαξιδίων και καροτσιών. Επίσης έχει ειδικό σταντ για να δένει κάποιος το κατοικίδιο του και μπολ με καθαρό νερό. Εύγε για την πρωτοβουλία του καταστήματος, δείχνει ότι κάποιος νοιάζεται κ ενδιαφέρεται για τους συνανθρώπους του. Συνεχίστε έτσι κ μακάρι να γίνει παράδειγμα προς μίμηση και για τα υπόλοιπα καταστήματα. I visited the Delphi store on Thursday September 12, 2019 in the morning. The staff were very kind, everything was spotless like the toilets. Well done to all 2 girls who were there. The plus of this store is that it only has 2 stands so that it does not cover much of the pavement, thus allowing wheelchair and wheelchair access. It also has a special stand for letting your pet and bowl of clean water. Look at the store's initiative, it shows that someone cares and cares about their fellow people. So continue to be an example to the rest of the stores.

Καλό θα ήταν να προσθέσουν έναν τρόπο ηλεκτρονικής πληρωμής και στις κατ οίκον παραδόσεις. The well-known good quality and very helpful in this store. They quickly bring the order home without mistakes. It would be good to add an electronic payment method to home deliveries as well.

Ίσως το πιο ΚΑΘΑΡΟ μαγαζί που έχω πάει, με ευχάριστο και πρόθυμο προσωπικό να σε εξυπηρετήσει αλλά και να σου λύσει όσες απορίες έχεις για την παρασκευή καφέ στο σπίτι (έχω μηχανή και στην αρχή ρωτούσα για τη ρύθμιση, τον βαθμό άλεσης κτλ). Όσες φορές έχω πάρει delivery ήρθε στην ώρα του και πάντα ευγενικά και τα 2 παιδιά. Το προτείνω με κλειστά μάτια! The service is impeccable. Probably the CLEANEST shop I have ever visited, with pleasant and willing staff to serve you but also to solve all your questions about making coffee at home (I have a machine and at the beginning I asked about the setting, the degree of grinding etc). As many times as I have received delivery it came on time and always politely both children. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Η εξυπηρέτηση μπορώ να πω ότι είναι μέτρια καθώς 3 στις 5 φορές που πλήρωσα με μετρητά, το προσωπικό "ξέχασε" να κόψει αποδείξεις και τις έκοψε κατόπιν δικής μου παρότρυνσης. Επίσης μια φορά που πλήρωσα με κάρτα, το προϊόν μου χρεώθηκε 20 λεπτά παραπάνω "κατά λάθος". Βέβαια το προσωπικό προθυμοποιήθηκε να μου επιστρέψει τα 20 λεπτά, μετά από 3 λεπτά που διαπίστωσα το λάθος. Το πρόβλημα δεν είναι τα 20 λεπτά, αλλά η νεοελληνική "νοοτροπία" που οδηγεί σε κακό επιχειρείν! Το σχόλιο μου γίνεται με κάθε καλή διάθεση για βελτίωση της εξυπηρέτησης καθώς τα προϊόντα της συγκεκριμένης αλυσίδας καφέ, είναι εξαιρετικά! The shop on Delfon Street in Thessaloniki is nice and clean! The service I can say is mediocre as 3 out of 5 times I paid in cash, the staff "forgot" to cut receipts and cut them at my own urging. Also once I paid by card, my product was charged 20 minutes more "by mistake". Of course the staff was willing to give me back the 20 minutes, after 3 minutes I found the mistake. The problem is not the 20 minutes, but the modern Greek "mentality" that leads to bad business! My comment is made with every good mood to improve the service as the products of this particular coffee chain are excellent!
