We actually aimed at the place next door, but made a quick U-turn once we saw the prices at the front and sat down at Coffee Place.
Glad we did! Had a Greek omelette and my wife picked the chicken club. Tasty, filling, and with two drinks came up to 14.80!
Also, steps away from Metaxoyrghio metro station.
Highly recommended!

Prices very affordable
This dish is made from fresh fruit and yogurt, it's huge and cost us 5€
Fresh orange juice... would definitely recommend
