★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγικό απλά ότι χειρότερο έχω δει σε εταιρία Αθήνα - Τίρανα...οι οδηγοί αγενεστατοι οι εταιρία ότι ναναι εξι εισιτήρια ήταν διπλα δεν σταματήσαμε ποτέ να φάμε ούτε στην Αλβανία ούτε στην Αθήνα...πηγαίνοντας στην Αλβανία κάθε πέντε μέτρα έπαιρνε κόσμο που δεν είχε θέσεις κ οι άνθρωποι ήταν όρθιοι...τι να πω απλά τραγικοί
Tragically just the worst I've ever seen in an Athens-Tirana company ... the rude drivers of the company that there were six tickets next door never stopped eating in either Albania or Athens ... going to Albania every five meters was getting people who didn't have positions and people were upright ... what can I just say tragic

Despite very good service. The girl at the reception is very polite, and ready to answer any questions you may have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το λεωφορειο απο Αθηνα-Μπερατ και στο πηγαινε και στο ελα χαλασε . Στο ελα ομως περιμεναμε 1 ωρα για να μας φερουν αλλο.
Οι επιβατες απογοητευμενοι προφανως απο την κατασταση των λεωφορειων.
The bus from Athens-Berat went to and fro. However, we waited 1 hour for us to be brought elsewhere.
Passengers are obviously frustrated by the state of the buses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άκρως ικανοποιημένη προσωπικά απο όλες τις απόψεις. Άριστο προσωπικό. Πολύ οργανωμένη με άμεση ανταπόκριση ακόμα και τις μέρες των γιορτών..
Very personally satisfied in all respects. Excellent staff. Very organized with immediate response even on holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την ημέρα που ταξίδευα έβρεχε και το νερό έμπαινε απο τις εξοδους κινδύνου στο ταβάνι.
Το λεωφορείο ηταν σαν φούρνος μπροστά (η θέρμανση ηταν πολύ πανω απο κανονικό) και πισω παγωνες απο το κρυο. Η εξυπηρέτηση ηταν πολυ καλη. Δεν ξερω εαν τα άλλα λεωφορεία τος εταιρείας ειναι καλύτερα αλλά το συγκεκριμένο ηταν απαράδεκτο.
The day I was traveling it was raining and water was coming in from the emergency exits to the ceiling.
The bus was like an oven in front (the heating was well above normal) and the rear was icy from the cold. The service was very good. I do not know if the other buses of the company are better but this one was unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθόλου ικανοποιημένη απο την εταιρεία αυτή !! Δεν υπάρχει καμία απολύτως οργάνωση , το ταξίδι ήταν μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία , κράτησε 12 ώρες ίσως και παραπάνω καθώς το πούλμαν έκανε άλλη διαδρομή και σταματούσε συνέχεια για να μαζέψει κόσμο με αποτέλεσμα να αργήσουμε παραπάνω. Δεν θα το συνιστούσα σε κανέναν !!
Not at all satisfied with this company !! There is absolutely no organization, the trip was a lot of trouble, it lasted 12 hours maybe more as the bus made another route and kept stopping to gather people so we were late longer. I would not recommend it to anyone !!
