Προχώρησα σε παραγγελία, με πήραν τηλέφωνο μετά από κάποιες μέρες και μου είπαν ότι τελικά δεν τον έχουν είναι σε έλλειψη, πρότειναν εναλλακτική, εν πάση περιπτώσει συμφώνησα να στείλουν την εναλλακτική, με ενημέρωσαν ότι η τιμή είναι παρόμοια (το νέο προιόν ήταν ελάχιστα φθηνότερο) και προχώρησαν στην αποστολή. Πολύ κακή εντύπωση το ότι μέσα στο κουτί δεν έβαλαν τη διαφορά της τιμής (είχα πληρώσει ήδη με κάρτα) αλλά ούτε και έκαναν ηλεκτρονική επιστροφή της διαφοράς. Πρόκειται για μηδαμινό ποσό αλλά αυτό που κάνει έναν πωλητή καλό και αξιόπιστο είναι η τυπικότητα και απέτυχαν πλήρως. Επίσης δουλειά τους είναι οι διαθεσιμότητες στο site να είναι επικαιροποιημένες ώστε να ξέρουμε τι πραγματικά ψωνίζουμε. Και σε αυτό απέτυχαν. Τέλος χρησιμοποιούν για τις αποστολές το elta-courier το οποίο δεν ήρθε ποτέ να παραδώσει. Έστειλαν ένα μήνυμα ότι πέρασαν δύο φορές και δε μας βρήκαν (ενώ βρισκόμασταν στο σπίτι), δεν άφησαν καν χαρτάκι, είναι απόλυτως βέβαιο ότι δεν ήρθαν ποτέ και απαίτησαν να πάμε εμείς να το παραλάβουμε γιατί αλλιώς θα το έστελναν πίσω. Δεν πληρώνω μεταφορικά για να κάνω εγώ τη δουλειά του courier. Κάκιστη επιλογή συνεργατών επομένως πάνω απ'όλα τα υπόλοιπα. Να σημειωθεί τέλος ότι η απόδειξη που εσώκλεισαν στο δέμα έγραφε το νέο χαμηλότερο σύνολο και όχι αυτό που είχα πραγματικά πληρώσει. Αυτά. They displayed a coffee as available. Finally, they use the elta-courier for the missions, which never came to deliver. They sent a message that they passed twice and did not find us (while we were at home), they did not even leave a piece of paper, it is absolutely certain that they never came and demanded that we go and pick it up because otherwise they would send it back. I do not pay shipping to do the courier work myself. Bad choice of partners therefore above all else. Finally, it should be noted that the receipt enclosed in the package stated the new lower set and not the one I had actually paid. That's all.
