Υπήρξε τηλεφωνική συνεννόηση ως προς το σε ποια διεύθυνση θα γίνει η παράδοση και σε ποια θα γίνει η πληρωμή παρ' όλα αυτά το προϊόν (το δώρο δηλαδή) παραδόθηκε στο άτομο που προοριζόταν και το έβαλαν να το πληρώσει κιόλας ενώ η διεύθυνση πληρωμής ήταν διαφορετική. Μάλιστα δεν στάλθηκε σε συσκευασία δώρου ενώ είχε γίνει κανονικά κατά την ηλεκτρονική αγορά η επισήμανση ως "συσκευασία δώρου". Ζήτησα να επικοινωνήσουν μαζί μου για να λυθεί το πρόβλημα και όπως φαντάζεστε οι περισσότεροι προσπάθησαν να τη βγάλουν λάδι ενώ εμένα τρελή. Προφανώς και δε μπορεί να γίνει τίποτα μιας και έχει πληρωθεί με αντικαταβολή ήδη το προϊόν. Άκρως απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση και αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά! I placed an order which was intended as a gift. There was a telephone consultation as to which address the delivery will take place and at which the payment will be made. Nevertheless, the product (that is, the gift) was delivered to the intended person and they made him pay it while the payment address was different. In fact, it was not sent in a gift box while it was normally labeled "gift box" during the online purchase. I asked them to contact me to solve the problem and as you can imagine most of them tried to oil it while I was crazy. Obviously nothing can be done since the product has already been paid by cash on delivery. Extremely unacceptable service and unprofessional behavior!

Μου ειπαν πως δυστυχως ηδη το έστειλαν απο χτες. Τους ζήτησα με μήνυμα αριθμό αποστολής. Αμέσως με κάλεσαν στο κινητό λεγοντας οτι δυστυχώς δεν υπαρχει το ρουχο στο νουμερο μου. Ενω στο προηγούμενο τηλ. μου είπαν οτι εστάλη. I placed my order at 6 in the afternoon. The next day at 10 in the morning I called them giving no. Order because I had not added the discount coupon. I was told that unfortunately they already sent it yesterday. I asked them by sending a message number. I was immediately called on my cell phone saying that unfortunately there is no clothing in my number. While in the previous phone I was told that it was sent.
M	Manolis Daskalakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με εξαπάτησαν τρεις συνεχόμενες φορές με την ίδια παραγγελία και τώρα καλούμαι να πληρώσω ξανά δέκα ευρώ για να παραλαβω δεύτερη φορά την ίδια ελαττωματική παραγγελία, αφού αρνήθηκαν τελικα να την παραλάβουν και μου την επέστρεψαν χωρίς καν να την ανοίξουν με όλα τα μεταφορικά χρεωμενα σε εμενα. Παροτι είχαμε συμφωνήσει να τους την στείλω πισω με δική τους χρέωση όπως γίνεται πάντα άλλωστε, για να κάνουν και οι ίδιοι έναν έλεγχο για το τι πήγε στραβά. Λυπάμαι την καημένη την κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο, που ενώ ζητούσα επίμονα το αφεντικό της για να του μιλήσω ο ιδιος, εκείνος μάλλον ντρεποταν και δεν ήθελε, όμως της υπαγόρευε την κάθε λέξη που μου απαντουσε κρυμμένος από πίσω της. Η σοβαρότητα και ο επαγγελματισμός στα δύσκολα κρίνεται "κύριε" Σεμερτζη, καλύτερα να πάτε να βοσκατε προβατα. Πρέπει να μάθετε να σέβεστε περισσότερο και τους υπαλλήλους σας και τους πελάτες σας.
