Η κυριότερη εκδήλωση που λαμβάνει χώρα στην αίθουσα είναι το πανελλήνιο φεστιβάλ θεάτρου κάθε χρόνο κατά τον μήνα Οκτώβριο.
It is the event hall of the Municipality of Ierapetra, with a capacity of about 300 seats, where theatrical performances, film screenings and many other cultural events by clubs in the city are presented. The main event that takes place in the hall is the Panhellenic theater festival every year during the month of October.
