Χ	Χριστοδουλέας Χρήστος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν θέλω να γίνομαι δυσάρεστος, αλλά 2 Αστέρια για το κατάστημα του cook shop στο mall! Βρεθήκαμε στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα για να αλλάξουμε ένα δώρο. Ζήτησα πιστωτικό, πράγμα που μου αρνήθηκαν μιας και σύμφωνα με τα λεγόμενα της πωλήτριας, είναι πολιτική της εταιρίας να μην δίνονται πιστωτικά! Τα παράπονά σας στην διοίκηση κύριε, μου ανέφερε. Επίσης σύμφωνα με τα λεγόμενα της, καμία εταιρία δεν δίνει πιστωτικό (εδώ γελάνε, είχα μόλις πάρει ένα από Κωτσόβολο και ένα από παρουσίαση που τυχαίνει να ανήκουν στον ίδιο όμιλο), ενώ συνέχισε λέγοντας επί λέξη "παλιά δίνανε, πλέον εμείς οι πελάτες τους αναγκάσαμε να το κόψουν γιατί έμπαιναν μέσα ως μαγαζί και έρχονταν οι ορκωτοί λογιστές και τους έβγαζαν ζημιές". Ως προς την εξυπηρέτηση, η υπάλληλος είχε στρογγυλοκαθήσει στο ταμείο και δεν το κούναγε από εκεί. Μας έβλεπε που είχαμε γυρίσει 2 φορές το μαγαζί χωρίς να βγάζουμε άκρη, και δεν ερχόταν να μας προτείνουν κάτι. Θέλαμε να ρωτήσουμε αν υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα σε κάτι; Πηγαίναμε και ρωτάγαμε στο ταμείο. Θέλαμε να δούμε αν κάνει για τις εστίες μας ένα σκεύος; Πηγαίναμε στο ταμείο, κοκ. Ως προς την διαθεσιμότητα των προϊόντων, μπορεί να ήμασταν άτυχοι αλλά ότι ζητήσαμε δεν υπήρχε! Ζητήσαμε, μια κλασσική κατσαρόλα 20-24 εκ με πλαστικά χερούλια και δεν είχαν! Ζητήσαμε Γκριλιέρα για να μπαίνει σε επαγωγική εστία και το μόνο που είχαν ήταν μια μικρή μαντεμένια που μετά βίας χώραγε μια μπριτζόλα. Τελικά (και δια της ατόπου) καταλήξαμε σε ένα σκεύος όχι τόσο χρηστικό και βολικό για εμάς, το οποίο την ώρα που πληρώναμε στο ταμείο, την βλέπω να πακετάρει το εκθεσιακό προϊόν και να μας το δίνει. Αν θέλετε λοιπόν να σας δίνουν εκθεσιακά προϊόντα, να μην σας εξυπηρετούν και να σας λένε ότι είναι το μοναδικό μαγαζί που είναι τόσο large και μπορεί να δίνει 1 ολόκληρο μήνα κάρτα αλλαγής, τότε αυτό είναι το κατάστημά σας. Κι επειδή θέλω να είμαι σωστός και δίκαιος, πρόσφατα βρέθηκα και στο κατάστημα στο Golden Hall, μπορώ να πω ότι είναι η μέρα με την νύκτα! Οι πωλητές στο Golden ήταν ευγενέστατοι, πρόθυμοι και πλήρως καταρτισμένοι, επίσης η διαθεσιμότητα των προϊόντων ήταν σαφώς μεγαλύτερη τόσο σε ποικιλία, όσο και σε ποσότητα. Όταν γνωρίζεις τα προϊόντα του καταστήματος και ακούς τον πελάτη το όφελος ειναι δεδομένο και για τους δύο ακόμα και αν δεν υπάρχουν διαθέσιμα ολα τα πράγματα που θα ήθελε κανείς Με εξέπληξε ευχάριστα. What I liked here is, that compared to the other stores within The Mall...they're not the annoying "May I help you?" type. This is something that I like. Also they didn't tell me something for taking photos. Bought a tea strainer. Works perfectly. The only disadvantage here is, that it's more pricey than stores Iike Jumbo.
