★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge port where all the boats,cruise ships and the amazing super yachts tie up.Its all a fantastic sight to see.If you walk round to the main entrance,it's quite a way depending where your ship is but there are buses to take you into the old town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking the ferry to Saranda, Albania in April, I found none of the ticket offices open at the port itself except for ferries to other parts of Greece. So I had to walk 15 minutes or so to the Finikas office outside the port. Or you can purchase your ticket online.
Embarking and disembarking was easy. I had a lot of Asian cooking ingredients on me and had no problems at this port nor in Saranda. Free Wi-Fi at the port but no Wifi on the fast 30-minute ferry which left about 10 minutes later than scheduled. There was hardly anything open at the port and not a lot of seating.
You can take a bus from the Old Town and/or Airport but it's also walkable depending on the amount of luggage. When walking, go through the big entrance that all the cars go through and from there, walk to the port.

The Ferry transfer to Corfu runs by 2 companies. It goes 30 min. Each day twice a day.
!NOTE : Corfu time +1 hour
