Πολύ ευχάριστο περιβάλλον, τα κορίτσια ξέρουν πολύ καλά την δουλειά τους, σε κάνουν να νιώθεις πολύ άνετα! Έχω ήδη δει πολύ καλό αποτέλεσμα! Είναι ένας χώρος πολύ προσεγμένος - καθαρός και τηρούν όλα τα μέτρα! Είχα γυρίσει αρκετά κέντρα πριν καταλήξω στο cosmetic derma και δεν το μετάνιωσα στιγμή! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!! Πάντα επικοινωνούν για να μάθουν αν είμαι ευχαριστημένη και με ενημερώνουν για τα ραντεβού μας! I do laser hair removal sessions and only the best I have to say! Very pleasant environment, the girls know their job very well, they make you feel very comfortable! I have already seen a very good result! It is a very neat place - clean and they observe all the measures! I had visited several centers before I came to cosmetic derma and I did not regret it for a moment! I highly recommend!! A	Antonia Psarrou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεύτερη φορά που πηγαίνω στο Περιστέρι, προηγουμένως πήγαινα στο κατάστημα της Αθήνας για αρκετά χρόνια. Βάζω 1 γιατί όσο βλέπω το αποτέλεσμα της αποτρίχωσης από την τελευταία συνεδρία τόσο πιο εκνευρισμένη νιώθω. Γενικώς ήμουν ευχαριστημένη μέχρι τώρα, αν εξαιρέσεις κάποιες ελάχιστες φορές, αλλά όχι στον βαθμό που έχω δυσαρεστηθεί τώρα. Από την εμπειρία μου θα πω ότι αλλάζουν συνεχώς οι εργαζόμενες, δεύτερη φορά η ίδια κοπέλα δεν μου έχει κάνει αποτρίχωση. Επομένως, αυτό σημαίνει ότι αργά ή γρήγορα μπορεί να σου τύχει κάποια άσχετη όπως σε εμένα και να μην έχεις το αποτέλεσμα που θέλεις. Πήρα τηλέφωνο να τους το πω και μου ζήτησαν συγγνώμη. Έπειτα τους έστειλα mail ζητώντας επιστροφή των χρημάτων της συνεδρίας. Μου είπαν πως δεν γίνεται γιατί έκανα σε τρεις περιοχές αποτρίχωση, όμως μόνο στην μία έχω το πρόβλημα και δεν μπορούν να το κοστολογήσουν γιατί η τιμή είναι πακέτο. Ωστόσο, ολόκληρη η επόμενη συνεδρία θα είναι δωρεάν. Δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί στην επόμενη συνεδρία δεν αποτελεί θέμα να κοστολογήσουν τις περιοχές ξεχωριστά. Και η δυσαρέσκεια πόσο κοστολογείται; Πραγματικά, επειδή το πρόβλημα μου δεν είναι τα χρήματα (θα έδινα αλλά τόσα για να έχω το αποτέλεσμα που θέλω αυτή την στιγμή), ήθελα απλά να δώσω τη συμβουλή να πηγαίνετε σε κέντρα με σταθερούς και έμπειρους συνεργάτες. The second time I go to Peristeri, I used to go to the store in Athens for several years. I put 1 because the more I see the result of the hair removal from the last session, the more irritated I feel. I have generally been happy so far, with a few exceptions, but not to the extent that I am dissatisfied now. From my experience I will say that the employees are constantly changing, the second time the same girl has not done my hair removal. Therefore, this means that sooner or later you may have something irrelevant like me and not have the result you want. I got on the phone to tell them and they apologized. Then I sent them an email asking for a refund of the session. I was told that it is not possible because I did hair removal in three areas, but only in one I have the problem and they can not cost it because the price is a package. However, the entire next session will be free. I do not understand why in the next session it is not a matter of costing the areas separately. And how much does dissatisfaction cost? Really, because my problem is not money (I would give but so much to get the result I want right now), I just wanted to advise you to go to centers with stable and experienced partners.
