★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκεφθήκαμε το κατάστημα για άνοιγμα λογαριασμού κατόπιν τηλεφωνικού ραντεβού. Από την τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία έως και το δια ζώσης ραντεβού η εξυπηρέτηση είναι πολύ ανώτερη από οποιοδήποτε κατάστημα άλλης τράπεζας. Ο χώρος όπως πρέπει να ναι κάθε τράπεζας που πας για να κάνεις τη δουλειά σου, το προσωπικό ευγενενικο, σε εξυπηρετεί και σε ενημερώνει πλήρως για τα πάντα. Μακάρι το δίκτυο να επεκταθεί για να έχουμε αποκλειστικά την Optima ως τράπεζα εξυπηρέτησης.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο > που βρίσκεται μπαίνοντας αριστερά αρνήθηκε να εξυπηρετήσει κρίνοντας από την εμφάνιση και δυστηχως δεν γνώριζε το background μου και βεβαιως με υποτιμητικό τρόπο και με υφάκι τουπέ κτλ αρνήθηκε να κάνει άνοιγμα λογαριασμού και έκδοση πιστωτικής .
Με αυτά τα άτομα δεν θα πάει μπροστά η τραπεζα σας και με ύφος πολλών καρδιναλίων
Μάθετε να σέβεστε μερικά άτομα
Edit: δεν φάνηκε δυστυχώς και σίγουρα δεν θα εμπιστευτώ την τράπεζα σας .
