m	maria sinani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όλα τα παιδιά που εργάζονται εκεί είναι άψογα! Μπράβο!! Αλλά τα 5 αστέρια πάνε μόνο στο γεγονός ότι προσφέρουν ζεστασιά στα αδέσποτα σκυλάκια της πόλης!! Είναι ΟΤΙ ΚΑΛΥΤΕΡΟ ΕΧΩ ΔΕΙ ΠΟΤΕ!!! All the kids working there are perfect! Well done!! But the 5 stars only go to the fact that they offer warmth to the stray dogs of the city !! It's THE BEST I HAVE NEVER SEEN !!!

Σ	Σπυριδούλα Σκορδίλη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το κατάστημα έχει μεγάλη ποικιλία, πολύ καλή ποιότητα σε προσιτές τιμές αλλά και πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Οτιδήποτε έχω αγοράσει δεν μου έχει χαλάσει ούτε φθαρεί για τον λόγο αυτό προτιμώ να ψωνιζω από το συγκεκριμένο καταστημα. Επίσης, συγκεκριμένα στο κατάστημα της Λαμίας παρατήρησα πως φροντίζουν και τα αδέσποτα της πόλης προσφέροντας τους στέγη, τροφή, νερό και φυσικά φροντίδα που την χρειάζονται αυτά τα ζώα χωρίς να προκαλούν κάποια ζημιά στο εμπορευμα. Αυτό δείχνει ότι το προσωπικό είναι πάνω από όλα άνθρωποι και δεν απαξιουν μπροστά στην κατάσταση που συμβαίνει μεριμνοντας για το καλό τους. Βλέποντας αυτή την συμπεριφορά είναι ένας ακόμα λόγος που το προτιμώ και τους επαινω για αυτή τους την κίνηση καθώς έχω και εγώ σκυλάκια και γνωρίζω τι χρειάζονται. The store has a great variety, very good quality at affordable prices but also very good service. Everything I have bought is not damaged or worn for this reason I prefer to shop from this store. Also, specifically in the store of Lamia, I noticed that the homeless of the city take care of them, offering them shelter, food, water and of course the care that these animals need without causing any damage to the goods. This shows that the staff are above all people and do not despise in the face of the situation that occurs for their own good. Seeing this behavior is another reason I prefer it and I praise them for this move as I also have dogs and I know what they need.

Με συγκίνησε ιδιαίτερα το γεγονός ότι την ημέρα που επισκέφθηκα το κατάστημα ήταν μία ημέρα με πολύ κρύο και οι υπάλληλοι του καταστήματος είχαν βάλει μέσα στο κατάστημα δύο αδεσποτάκια της πόλης για να μην κρυώνουν.πολλα μπράβο!!!????? Very clean and tidy store in the heart of the city, with very kind staff. I was particularly moved by the fact that the day I visited the store was a very cold day and the store employees had put two homeless people in the store so that they would not get cold. Well done !!! ?????

Όμως όσο απλό και να φαίνεται για κάποιους για μια πόλη που έχει πάρα πολλά αδέσποτα,ο cosmos μαζί με το προσωπικό όπως έχουν σχολιάσει και άλλοι δίνουν μεγάλη βοήθεια στα αδέσποτα. Αν δεν τύχαινε να χρησιμοποιήσω το ασανσέρ δε θα έβλεπα ότι κοιμόταν το σκυλάκι εκεί δίπλα χωρίς να ενοχλήσει και ούτε καν να κουνηθεί βλέποντας με. Συγχαρητήρια στους υπαλλήλους αλλά και στο cosmos που δε τους εμποδίζει να βοηθάνε όσο μπορούν! All very kind and helpful and with a smile! But as simple as it may seem to some for a city that has too many strays, cosmos along with the staff as they have commented and others give a lot of help to the strays. If I did not happen to use the elevator I would not see that the dog was sleeping next to it without bothering or even moving when looking at me. Congratulations to the employees but also to the cosmos that does not prevent them from helping as much as they can!

Αυτό που μου άρεσε περισσότερο και με ενέμπνευσε να επισκευτώ και να στηρίξω ξανά το κατάστημα, καθώς και να το διαφημίσω σε φίλους και γνωστούς, και να γράψω την κριτική δίνοντας 5 αστέρια, ήταν κυρίως η φιλοξενία μικρών αδέσποτων ζώων εντός καταστήματος. Η πράξη αυτή μας γέμισε ξανά ελπίδα και μας θύμισε πως ειδικά τις κρύες μέρες όλοι μπορούμε να βοηθάμε. Άλλωστε, το προσωπικό ήταν υπευθυνότατο και φρόντιζε τα ζωάκια να μην "ενοχλούν" κανέναν πελάτη. Συγχαρητήρια για το προσωπικό σας και σε εσάς, είναι ωραίο να βλέπεις καταστήματα αλυσίδες να προωθούν πάνω απ' όλα την ανθρωπιά! Amazing service, incredible staff and fast! What I liked most and inspired me to visit and support the store again, as well as advertise it to friends and acquaintances, and write the review giving it 5 stars, was mainly the hospitality of small stray animals inside the store. This act filled us with hope again and reminded us that especially on cold days we can all help. Besides, the staff was very responsible and took care of the animals not to "bother" any customer. Congratulations to your staff and to you, it is nice to see chain stores promoting humanity above all!
