★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέπτομαι το κατάστημα συχνά και είμαι απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος από την εξυπηρέτηση και την συμπεριφορά όλων των υπαλλήλων. Γενικά αξιολογήσεις δεν κάνω αλλά μου κάνει εντύπωση το γεγονός ότι υπάρχουν αρνητικά σχολια για τον υπεύθυνο του καταστήματος. Επαγγελματίας με την κυριολεκτική έννοια και αυτός και όλο το προσωπικό.
I visit the store often and I am completely satisfied with the service and the behavior of all the employees. Generally I do not make evaluations but I am impressed by the fact that there are negative comments about the store manager. Professional in the literal sense and he and all the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ωραίο κατάστημα και με μεγάλη ποικιλία. Σίγουρα ανεβάζει το επίπεδο στο Αγρίνιο! Τα παιδιά ήταν όλα πολύ εξυπηρετικά και με βοήθησαν πάρα πολύ με την εμπειρία και τις γνώσεις τους για ένα δώρο που ήθελα να πάρω και δεν είχα ιδέα τι να διαλέξω. Δύσκολα συναντάς εδώ πωλητές με τέτοια όρεξη για δουλειά.. Συνεχίστε έτσι παιδιά!!
Very nice store and with great variety. Definitely raises the level in Agrinio! The children were all very helpful and helped me a lot with their experience and knowledge for a gift I wanted to get and I had no idea what to choose. It is difficult to find sellers here with such an appetite for work .. Keep it up guys !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συνήθως ψωνίζω στο Κόσμος της Πάτρας , την Πέμπτη ψώνισα στο Αγρινιο και θα είναι πρώτη και τελευταία ! Για κάποιο λόγο ο άνθρωπος στο ταμείο ήταν μέσα στα νεύρα και αγενής με μένα και τον υπόλοιπο κόσμο που περίμενε να πληρώσει ! Αξέχαστη εμπειρία .
Usually I shop in Kosmos of Patras, on Thursday I shopped in Agrinio and it will be first and last! For some reason the man at the checkout was nervous and rude to me and the rest of the people waiting to pay! Unforgettable experience .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσπαθούσα να μιλήσω και με την εξυπηρέτηση αλλά δεν έβγαλα άκρη … μια ερώτηση μόνο , η πολιτική της εταιρίας σας είναι να είστε τόσο πιεστικοί για να αγοράσουμε παραπάνω προϊόντα ; Την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα ο ταμίας στο κατάστημα σας, ένας άνθρωπος γύρο στα 50, με πίεσε τόσο πολύ να πάρω επιπλέων προϊόντα που έγινε αυθάδης , αγενής και προσβλητικός! Ήμουν έτοιμη να αφήσω και αυτά που είχα και να φύγω. Συγνώμη αλλά με αυτή τη συμπεριφορά χάνετε κόσμο κάθε μέρα…
